Tasted like extra dry canned sardines
The texture was like cardboard, dry and resembled the look and taste of canned sardines. Im still not sure I got the correct item in the can. I prefer the juicy texture of the Ortiz anchovies, although they are too salty . This brand was Not worth the $12 plus that I paid, also has a small trace of vinegar which I do not enjoy.
