The first standout feature for me is the natural formulation and also no sulphates and parabens .The conditioner's effectiveness in controlling hair fall is evident after just a few uses. My hair feels noticeably stronger and more resilient, with a considerable reduction in the amount of hair I find in my brush or shower drain. Das Produkt enthält – ebenso wie das Shampoo – sehr starke Duftstoffe. Es beschwert das Haar und macht es platt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt: Eine kleine Flasche zu einem hohen Preis, aber mit enttäuschendem Ergebnis. Das Haar wirkt leblos, obwohl es oberflächlich glänzt. Besonders ärgerlich ist aber die Retoure: Das Produkt muss auf eigene Kosten ins Ausland (GB) zurückschicken – inklusive komplizierter Zollunterlagen wie „Commercial Invoice“ usw. Man wird quasi wie ein Exporteur behandelt. Das hat mit dem gewohnten Amazon-Service nichts zu tun. Für ein geöffnetes und benutztes Pflegeprodukt über 20 € ist das völlig unverhältnismäßig. Das sollte unbedingt transparenter dargestellt werden! Ich kaufe Pflegeprodukte künftig nicht mehr bei Drittanbietern auf Amazon.
