Good for constipation

Very bad in taste . I tried so hard but couldn’t drink it at all. Also this doesn’t mix properly. I wish I would have relied on the feedback about taste and mixing before buying this.

I really love the taste of the product, flavour and overoll it is good product i am using from 2 week and its good.

So it’s day 3 - far too early to comment on effectiveness . But what I can comment about is the taste and it’s terrible (for me because I hate the taste of certain lo-cal sweeteners). The lo-cal sweetener used tastes nothing like stevia as claimed and instead tastes more like. The smell of the product is rather artificial too. But the biggest problem imo is that it doesn’t dissolve fully and instead forms clumps.on their website they have a video where it’s being mixed using a hand blender. The directions of use says just add water and no mention of needing a shaker or blender. That’s just disingenuous !

I had gained weight in 2weeks 2.5 kgs after consuming this product hence had stopped consumption for a week and i suddenly lost a kg on stopping the consumption , however I was being later advised on the dosage by the ace blend team after studying my routine food intake for the day ...I will now give it chance once again as per advised dosage and shall write the review again in another 14 days . Fingers crossed 🤞
