Used this to make homemade cotton candy flavored marshmallows purple. It just took one tiny scoop (that came with the bag) for a 9x13 pan and the color was so light and pretty. Did not add any taste to the marshmallows whatsoever.

I used this to make Ube Mochi and it turned out so good. Bright color and the taste was on point. Will buy again when making Mochi again.

Great natural alternative to food coloring. I used this in a sourdough loaf for a birthday and it turned out great! The taste was not affected.

This is the only way to go to make Ube ice cream, cookie or pies at home. The size of the package is just right for the amount I need, the texture is very fine so no weird lumps or grit and the aroma is perfect! It’s good value for the money and since the only ingredient is freeze dried ube sweet potato, there’s no added sugar, which I appreciate.

No flavor. Really disappointing. The functionality of the packaging that the power is in, is terrible. It’s in a resealable bag but the bag is half filled and the scooper is in the deep pits of the bag. By the time you find the scooper, the powder is all over your hands and all over your counter. :) but biggest thing, NO FLAVOR! How disappointing! try a different product.
