excellent laptop and its faster than my old one which helps a lot. excellent price and easy to use and very straight forward in how to use it. its very light and easy to use.

Excellent laptop easy to set up great low price. Nice and quite good graphics very pleased with it.

while this may not be the most powerful laptop in the world its great for everyday use. word, web browsing ect. without it running out of storage space or slowing down. its size is great when compared to its weight and its look and design is perfect with it having a full keyboard rather than a small numpad less one.

My son's mocked the lack of memory, but as she only uses it for the odd email, perusing the internet and internet banking, Mum doesn't require to higher tech.Mum was thrilled to bits, it's a lot lighter than her previous hand me down laptop, it is quicker and being new the battery lasts without being on charge permanently.So although early days, cannot fault it and a reasonable price.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this laptop mostly to do school work as i am in my final year of GCSEs and needed something portable. Once i got it setup which was also easy and realised it was quite fast i decided to see if it was possible to play a game on it like roblox and was actually quite impressed, it managed to put up well in a game with the graphics turned all the way up. Build quality was also impressive for how cheap it was. Sound quality was the only negative i would say but even then the speakers were still audible and good enough for simple youtube videos.

Really disappointed with the fact that there was no details stating how we could access Microsoft 365 Personal. It says that this is included for 12 months in the specification on the website and there is also a sticker on the box. But there are no details of how to activate this! It says you need to activate it in 180 days of Windows activation date. How do you do this? I'm sure that the computer would be fine if I could use it for what I intended.Amazon said that we could have a refund, but we just want to be able to use it properly.Very frustrating!

Item received as listed very quickly. It is a simple to use basic computer. Excellent value.

Great laptop. Much faster than my old Lenovo laptop. Very happy with it. Would recommend. Got it when it had £150 off.
