I've been using this Recreational Exercise Bike for a few days now, and before I used it I always thought it was not as good as one of those stand-up fitness bikes, but! By the time I had assembled it (it's so well put together, you probably won't believe it, this bike was put together entirely by my 9-year-old son reading the instructions, I just helped tighten the screws!) and used it for half an hour, I realized that it's still better to have a recumbent bike like this, it doesn't make your back feel tired and it's a very casual way to work out. You can adjust the resistance level and there are 16 speeds to set. The dashboard clearly displays basic workout metrics including time, speed, distance, calories, ODO, and pulse. The dashboard also has notches for your phone or tablet, so your workout won't get boring. It also weighs only 66 pounds, so you can easily move it around, you can put it in the bedroom, in the living room, or in front of the TV, and it doesn't take up much space, making it a great indoor fitness device.

THE BIKE WAS SUPER EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. BIKE IS VERY STURDY AND QUIET WHILE IN USE. THE SEAT AND BACK REST ARE COMFORTABLE. THE SCREEN TRACKER IS NICE TO HAVE FOR YOUR SPEED, PULSE, TIMER, AND HOW FAR YOU HAVE GONE AND IS EASY TO NAVIGATE. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BIKE TO OTHERS.

Bought to use with my elderly parents. They have both used it recently with no issues. It’s fairly easy to assemble with a partner. The read out on display are easy to read. Great to keep fit and get a some exercise. Feel it was a good buy and of nice quality. Happy with purchase

This stationary bike is very good and allows me to get a good workout easily and comfortably in the comfort of my home with the equipment to entertain me. The assembly process is very simple, and I am personally satisfied with the quality of the product, which is trustworthy and highly recommended.

I reached out to the seller to double-check that it isn't an issue how how I constructed it, but the bike provides very little resistance. It's probably fine for beginning physical therapy but not for actual exercise.I spent a while going back and forth with support. They clearly wanted to be helpful but it took a long time because we're in different time zones. They shipped me a replacement magnet that is stronger. It's still a little underwhelming but good enough for basic cardio. I plan to get another bike in the future. They sent me a partial refund.In summary, the company clearly wants customers to have a good experience. The bike won't be useful for hill training but is okay for people who only want light resistance.
