I've had this monitor for over a year now and it works great! I use it as a second monitor for my home set up. I love that it has a built in speaker and can be used either portrait or vertical. It is easy set up with a plug and play option with the usb. The screen is bigger than my MacBook and it perfect for on the go if needed. Thinking about getting another one for work!

Great monitor. Easy to setup, the screen quality is very good. It's light and easy to move around. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

The monitor works great on my Steam Deck, even for gaming. The colors are nice and it's fairly light. The only thing I would note is that the kickstand that keeps it up is pretty flimsy and cannot stand at intermediate angles, only all the way open. When I try to adjust the angle to be more upright, the kickstand leans back to it's steepest angle. It was very easy to set up, but you need two USB-C charging cables if you want to use it for the Deck: one for the monitor and one for the Deck.

Tried on two different laptops neither would recognize it. YXK monitor would just display "no signal" then "power saving mode" and then a black screen. The whole purpose of these monitors is to be able to use them without downloading drivers, installing stuff, etc. Edit: changed one star review to five stars. This will NOT work with a regular old USBC C cable. You need a USB C cable that designates that it is capable of video. Once I figured that out it worked fine and actually looks pretty darned good with both a Windows laptop and iPad. Great purchase for $40. And upon further inspection I found that the box actually comes with a compatible USB C and HDMI cable under the foam.

It’s lightweight, slim, and very travel-friendly — perfect for extra screen space when I’m working on spreadsheets, coding, or multitasking away from my main desk setup. Connection with USB-C or HDMI is straightforward, and the display is clear enough for productivity tasks, text editing, and light browsing. That said — don’t expect cinematic quality. Colors and brightness are a bit underwhelming for movies or gaming. Videos look okay for quick clips, but for long sessions or anything dependent on strong visuals, this monitor feels cheap. Bottom line: If you need a budget-friendly travel monitor for work, emails, or quick on-the-go tasks, it’s worth it. But if media quality matters, consider something higher-end.

Bought this item as a similarly affordable alternative to another portable monitor. Th first of which failed within a month of purchase. In less than 10 days, this product similarly failed, and in the middle of the workday resulted in a total blackout and loss of function. Following all of the logical troubleshooting, this product remained completely dead. Just gone from one second to the next. Regrettably disappointing, as I genuinely appreciate the concept and its practicality for individuals who often work remotely. However, I regrettably have to report the reliability of this product is terrible and I recommend you find an alternative from a brand with a longer standing and more positive reputation in reliability.
