I've only used it for one week (7 days exactly), but I'm already beginning to see and feel the immediate benefits. Within the first day of taking this product, I felt more energized, and now I actually feel more focused throughout the day. My bloating has decreased significantly as well. Yes, the taste is initially JARRING, but, like everyone else here is saying, you can mix it with juice, which helps dampen the taste. I personally take it solo and then drink something afterwards. Again, it's just one week of results, but I definitely feel much better holistically.

It doesn't taste good. It's very bitter so I take it with juice but I'm sure it's doing what it needs to. It helps me use the restroom and I found that I can only take half the dose otherwise im stuck at home all day.. but I will buy again. My husband dont have the same issue. So it maybe depend on your body.

Lots of people complain about the taste. It isn’t the best tasting but it really healthy for you, just look at the ingredients and really works well for me. After taking for a week I already feel less bloated and feel better. I’m going to continue taking. I’m excited to more results with long term. I am also excited about all the Serene products. I trust this name brand compared to other companies.

I'd give it 5 stars but it taste so freaking bad!!! Its definitely works though!!! Don't bother mixing it with a drink it's to strong. The best way ive found was take it like a shot, dont let it touch your tongue as best as ypu can, then immediately bite a lemon or an orange. Stay hydrated, stay close to a toilet, and dont cough! I definitely lost my beer belly, and my stomach doesn't hurt in the mornings anymore. Its a great product, its just gross lol

It really does work. The first week you will be on the toilet a lot and it taste horrible but the pay out is worth it. I feel lighter, my skin is clearer and I have way more energy. FYI DO NOT mix it with juice or any drink, it will just over power it. I take it then tart cranberry juice, it helps clear the taste from your mouth.

This stuff is liquid gold ,my bloating is gone,I no longer crave sweats or desserts ,I poop after every meal,my energy is up ,my skin is glowing . Yes the taste is very bitter but after week one it truly isn’t that bad at all. This will probably be something I take for the rest of my life .
