Strong, Clean Prints â Great for Functional Parts
Polymaker absolutely crushed it with Fibron. This filament is on a whole different level. Not only does it print like a dreamâsmooth extrusion, zero stringing, no jamsâbut the final result is solid. The strength and durability are seriously impressive, making it perfect for functional parts that actually need to take a beating. The surface finish is clean and professional-looking, almost like it was injection molded. I used it to print a few mechanical components, and they came out strong, precise, and ready to use right off the bed. If you're looking for a filament that combines reliability, strength, and premium aesthetics, Fibron is 100% worth it. Iâve been blown awayâand Iâm already planning my next project with it.

Excellent Reliable PETG-CF Option
Iâve had great experiences with Polymaker filaments, and Polymaker Fiberon PETG-RCF did not disappoint. Shipping was fast and the spool arrived in excellent condition. I chose this after trying Bambuâs version, which for me tended to collect and clump on the nozzle. Switching to Polymaker solved that issue completely. This filament printed cleanly and consistently, with no buildup problems. The added recycled carbon fiber gives noticeably improved stiffness compared to standard PETG, making it a great option for more structural or functional parts. Surface finish is excellent and it produces a very clean, professional, matte look with reduced layer lines. I ran this through the AMS system on my Bambu without any issues. That said, as with any fiber-filled filament, you should be aware that it can increase wear and carries some risk of brittleness or breakage in feeding systems. In my case, it ran perfectly fine, but itâs something to keep in mind. A hardened nozzle (and extruder gears) is required. Overall, this is a really nice PETG-CF filament and I would absolutely purchase it again for functional prints that need extra rigidity.

Impressive material
I dove head first into 3d printing with a hammy down Ender 5 pro, my first project was a diesel heater in a pelican case and this petg-rcf08 filament. I was struggling given Iâm pushing my novice knowledge and this machine beyond its stock capabilities and wound up melting my Capricorn tubing in the stock hot end resulting in extreme amounts of stringing and lack of fusion between layers. however after stepping away and trying to figure out everything with pla and coming back Iâve figured it out my plan of attack little better. I ran max heat 260c that my machine was limited to and bumped up the bed temp to 70c. Now Iâve gotten results Iâm happy with! Im still getting a bit of stringing but I think with a little more retraction and heat Iâll be right where Iâd like to be! Make sure to use something like purple glue sticks to limit the bed adhesion because this stuff will weld itâs self right to the bed surface, right now Iâm putting together a mercury v1 kit to run my Ender machine at the recommended 270c and Iâm using this material for the parts and Iâm very pleased with my results given my limitations at the moment. The texture of the material hides layer lines well giving off a nice sleek satin black, also the strength and heat resistance is impressive! for a beginner it was a bit of a challenge at first knowing nothing about 3d printing but honestly overall itâs a pretty forgiving filament for the price I wouldnât think twice about using it again!

One of the Best Filaments Iâve Ever Used
The Polymaker Fiberon PETG-RCF Filament is, without a doubt, some of the best filament Iâve ever run through a printer and Iâve used a lot of filaments over the years. Iâm running a Centuri Carbon high-speed printer, and this filament handles like an absolute champ. Perfect fit & smooth feeding, flawless extrusion, no stringing, zero drama. The consistency is outstanding. Every print came out clean, accurate, and strong, without any of the stringing or weird inconsistencies you sometimes get with carbon-fiber blends. Even better: the filament wasnât loaded with moisture. No popping, no hissing, no micro bubbles just perfect material from the very first layer. Packaging was excellent too, sealed tight, clearly cared for, and ready to go right out of the box. Itâs the kind of attention to detail that makes you immediately confident in what youâre buying. I cannot recommend this filament enough. If youâre on the fence, just grab it. The performance is seriously impressive.

Decent CF fillament
Good carbon fiber filament, flow well at proper temperature. Not quite as strong as I would think it would be, but sturdy enough for simple gears that don't have enormous loads. Don't think it would hold up under stress tho, but for my needs it works.

I honestly didn't need this but still wanted to try it to see how it would print. I only printed a small part but ðķð ð―ðŋðķðŧðð ðŧðķð°ðēðđð on my bambu A1 Mini at 265c nozzle and 70c bed and I love the matte finish. I likely won't be buying again as I can't think of anything I need to print that requires that slightly more stiff filament for more than ðąðžððŊðđðē ððĩðē ð―ðŋðķð°ðē ðžðģ ðšðžðð ðŋðēðīððđðŪðŋ ðĢðð§ð ð ðŊðð.

Having a really old printer limits my speeds ALOT but I ran this at 265 Nozzle 70 bed . Worked great! Make sure to stagger your seams they are EXTREMELY noticeable with this filament . WILL BE BUYING MORE . love the texture and the STRENGTH ... its about 40% stronger than normal PETG Ive used ( I use almost 100% PETG) Im sure this is a MY-PRINTER-IS-A-DUMPSTER-FIRE thing but I did notice that everything I've printed with it NEEDS sanding so I have 5 top and bottom layers , Another "Im sure this is a MY-PRINTER-IS-A-DUMPSTER-FIRE thing:" Is that when u swap from this to non carbon petg i have to like at least 2 - 3 inches extrude to stop seeing the Carbon filament. hap[pens even with New nozzles so Im sure this is a MY-PRINTER-IS-A-DUMPSTER-FIRE thing

Printing on an A1 mini with defaults. Not sure if there is a better way but I imported the X1C settings into bambu slicer and copied the settings for the A1 minis. But the quality first print raised my expectations

Do the math, its only 1/2 KG, I did not read the fine print. This is twice the price of any other carbon fiber. Buyer beware.
