This heating pad has been a lifesaver. This very easy to plug in and warm up the water inside. Once it's hot it last for hours. There is a huge difference in the way it helped my back verses just a regular heating bad. It applies a small amount of pressure and molded nicely to my back. I even bought one for my mom. Great product. The outside is very soft.

Got this for my daughter she has a lot of pain and Dr suggest a heat pack. This is great. Chargeable and stays warm for a long time !!!

Stopped working and charger would no longer heat it after 2 weeks. Poor quality garbage.

When you charger it, it gets hot fast. And also stay warm whole night. but when you take it out is difficult and you put it inside is difficult too!

Broke after two weeks of use.
