I’ve been taking this supplement for a few days now, so still early days, but I wanted to share some initial thoughts – especially since I train hard (intensive boxing 5 days a week) and I’m always on the lookout for a multi that can support recovery, energy and general health. First off, the ingredient list is actually really decent. You’re getting a good range of the B vitamins, which I’ve always found important for energy metabolism – especially B6 and B12, both of which are dosed well here. B6 is at 143% of NRV, which is solid if you’re physically active. Magnesium and calcium are on the lower side (15% NRV each), which is probably the only letdown considering how much I sweat and rely on those for recovery and muscle function. But to be fair, I get a fair bit from food anyway, and it’s not something I rely solely on a multi for. Zinc is at 21% NRV – again, could be higher for someone training regularly, but it’s there and helps with immune support and testosterone regulation. I like that they’ve included some extras that you don’t always find in other multis – things like Cordyceps and Reishi mushroom powder, which have been used for energy, endurance, and immune support. Whether the dose is high enough to make a massive difference, I’m not sure yet, but I like that it’s included. You’re also getting CoQ10, L-Methionine, and Alpha Lipoic Acid – all of which play a role in cellular energy production and recovery. Small amounts, but combined with everything else, it’s a good sign they’ve put some thought into it. Capsules are easy to take, no aftertaste, and they sit well even first thing in the morning. No stomach upset, which is a big plus for me. It’s too early to say if I feel noticeably different, but I like the approach – food-grown, no rubbish added, and a clean formula that doesn’t overload you with mega-doses for the sake of it. If I notice changes in energy or recovery after a month or so, I’ll definitely stick with it. Right now, it's a solid 4 stars from me.

Good quality product, feel better since I started using this. Easy to swallow After taking for a couple of months I had a bad reaction from the ashwagandha causing pain and problems with my liver. Problem resolved after several weeks of not using, so despite feeling better originally, the side effects for me outweighed the benefits.

Well sourced vitamins but the quantities are too low. I like the ethics: the source of the vitamins, the glass bottle and the price is okay, but there are just not enough key ingredients. The dose is too low.

I had been feeling very tired and was sleeping a lot. After the first week of taking these vitamins I started to feel much better, with more energy throughout the day and sleep normally. I almost finish the first jar so I’ll order another one.
