Edit: Even those these didn't work for me I am upgrading to a 5 star rating because unlike most companies they stand behind their product and offered a full refund ---- The only reason for the 2 star review is the fit, even pulling the inserts in my boots these sit way too high The cushioning is good, but they make the boots too tight, the seem very well made and durable but I just can't use them, this is probably an issue with the cut of the boots so I hate leaving a 2 star review but it is what it is The arch support is good, and heels are very well padded, so wish I could use them

I installed the insoles in a brand new pair of NB 608s. I weigh in at 206lbs and like the very solid arch support in the new insoles. The only problem I have with the new insoles is that the insoles need more padding at the heal. I was feeling shock to my heal with every step. I tool the original 608 insoles and cut off the back part right before the arch and installed those pieces at the back of each shoe and placed the new insoles on top to get more padding.

I have a high arch my ankles were sore I do believe that I put on weight and that I think has a lot to do with my ankles hurting when I walk so I took a chance to try these inserts well these inserts work really well for me I wore them for about a week to test them I just ordered another pair THEY SOLVED MY PROBLEM ANKLES

After about 7 months of use the black hard plastic support on the bottom has fractured into big pieces. Those pieces slowly make their way to the top and cause pain.

Poor quality! As a physical therapist assistant I used to always recommend this brand to my patients. No more! Poorly made from cheap materials. Bottom cracked after 3 weeks of wear.

In my job I am on my feet all the time, with quite a lot of vigorous hiking. My plantar fasciitis had started to affect my feet so badly that my knees were becoming painful to the point I was not sure I would be able to continue in this career. When I first put these on I was not sure if they were going to work because they do have really aggressive arch support and at first it seemed kind of uncomfortable. But as bad as my foot pain was I decided to just give it a couple days and tough it out through that to see if my feet would adjust and boy am I glad I did. Within a week I am not 100% pain free but I am now able to do my job and be on my feet. The initial discomfort with the arch support has gone away completely and I also initially had some cramping in my feet that also resolved after a few days. I went ahead and ordered another pair for my off duty shoes.
