Amazing!!!
I have had this machine for a couple of weeks and it has become my new hobby! I have learned so much about coffee beans, grinding, tamping, portafilters, pucks and more. While every drink that comes out of this machine has been amazing for me, I am on a quest to learn more about the art of espresso, so I can make an even better drink. This machine is not for those that are in a rush, but for those that have the time to make a drink which makes you feel proud. As for the quality: I think this is a high quality machine vs the price. This machine is gorgeously made with minimum plastic and is something that I display proudly on my counter tops. While this machine is simple to use once you get the hang of it, I am still in the process of learning how to properly froth my milk without making bubbles. I watched a video that mentioned the frother should sound like paper tearing when it steams the milk, and thats the sound that I aim for. The machine has been simple to clean as long as I clean it directly after each use. Immediately after frothing, I wipe down the steam nozzle and then shoot hot water out of the nozzle to ensure milk is not left inside to dry. Then I clear out my portafilter and rinse it. It's that simple. The portafilter that this machine comes with has a plastic handle, and I feel like that will break if I keep banging it on the edge of the trash can to release the used grinds, so I purchased a new one that was recommended by another consumer's post for this product. The extra items I purchased were: -a 51 mm bottomless portafilter with a wooden handle. The metal filter screws into the wooden handle making it more durable. -A puck to ensure the water disperse evenly throughout the portafilter to prevent channeling, which results in spraying. -A 51 mm tamping kit with the funnel, the little wisk thing that breaks the grinds apart and the spring loaded tamper. This machine is amazing and if it craps the bed in a year, I would repurchase it.

Beautiful machine! Very very easy to use
This thing is beautiful!!!! Very very easy to use. Make sure you pull out the silicone stopper before filling the water tank (located under water tank). I ran it 4 times before actually making an espresso. So easy to use, pull out silicone stopper, fill water tank, turn on and go. It’s that simple. The eye appeal this thing has is almost worth it on its own. Looks like a professional machine. Not overly big but not compact. It’s perfect size. Quick and easy to clean. The espresso was outstanding. I use bustelo.

Excellent…
I’ve owned a few sub $200 expresso machines. Some are better than others. Then there’s this model. Leaps and bounds better than any I have used. Well designed and operates flawlessly. This is the first machines that does not continue to drip after brewing. You can fit a 16 oz coffee mug under the brew head if the drip basket is removed. Because this machine does not drip, I leave it off. Thoughtful operation like being able to adjust the brew time in both single and double cup modes is great. Having a hot water dispenser is also nice. The frother works very well. If the steam wand controller is left on, the brew cycle will not function which is a good safety feature. It is a high end looking expresso machine without the cost. Brews just as well, but of coarse does not have features expensive ones do. In my case, they are not needed like a onboard burr grinder, self cleaning etc… the stainless steel creamer container and grounds compactor are also nice. Most don’t come with the creamer and have a flimsy plastic compactor.

Nice espresso maker but does not last. Deceptive seller. Save your money and skip this one.
This is a beautiful machine that makes great coffee and I really enjoyed it while it lasted. Unfortunately, it only lasted for about a year. One day it simply stopped working completely. The user manual instructs to contact customer service in the event of the E3 error message. I contacted them at two different emails that were provided. Both emails were ignored. At $160, I expect the product to last more than 12 months. Customer service is non-existent. I would not recommend this machine or this company. Update #1: The seller responded and asked for my address to send a replacement. I provided the address and was asked by the seller to order the replacement myself and the "promised" to reimburse me as soon as they received my order number. I did as instructed, however, the seller ignored all subsequent communication and never reimbursed. They deceived me into buying another of their defective items. Update #2: The other machine crapped out within 3 weeks. Still no response from the seller. Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this fraudulent Chinese company as you can.

Good for beginners
This machine is good value for the price. After learning how to use it properly, I found it is an amazing addition for my coffee bar. The only downside is having to refer to videos and manuals constantly because it’s not as straight forward as you’d like. It makes a nice froth but not like a Starbucks espresso would. The water take is a tad bit smaller than I’d like. The steam really uses the most water. The time it takes to make a cup is good. You don’t have to set time aside if you prep everything the night before. Overall I don’t hate this purchase.

Function and price
Despite many of the bad comments, the machine es pretty good. Even with the so called errors, there is soluciona and workarounds and also a way to use in order to don’t have these errors. Great machine

Good customer service and a nice machine for the price!
I really like this machine overall and customer service from the company was pretty good. The first one we received stopped working after only two or so months, which was very disappointing because it just happened so suddenly and otherwise seemed to work perfectly. It wouldn’t turn on to start heating up even though the lights flashed when I first plugged it in. It was too late to start a return, so after a little back and forth with customer service and sending a video of the problem, they sent me a new one, which I appreciated. I’ve only had the new one for a couple weeks and it seems to be working fine. I’ve had several different countertop machines over the years and I’d say this is the easiest to use and makes the most consistent espresso shots, also has the most quality build and doesn’t feel cheap at all. There’s some info in the Q&A section about changing the duration of your pulls that’s not in the manual, so it is a little more customizable than it first seems. We refill the water tanks without removing it from its seat every day to go easy on the delicate seal - a trick we learned from our last machine (you still want to remove and clean the tank every so often). Our new machine doesn’t quite have the same steam pressure as the first one, so milk is a little less frothy but it’s a very small difference. Based on my experience I’d recommend this one as a great value for the price, and I appreciate the company’s attention to my issue.
