go pro works fine ,installs in seconds and ease of charging is great ,,i have tried knock offs for less and the really are horrible ,if you can get them installed ,,but this is a genuine go pro accessory .

Used this on a multi thousand mile road trip and it worked outstanding the whole time. The way the magnet grabs the correct position is outstanding. No problems with the door or the fit. Note that this will not have the same water resistance as the original door, but that was clear in the instructions. Swapping the doors was easy, just open to 90 degrees and gently pull out, do not force or twist. Very happy with this. It was expensive, but did a great job and happy with the results.

Take out the battery if you want to record for long periods of time. Noticed 4K (without battery) got the camera to overheat at around ~30-45min @60 fps, stepped it down to 2.7k @ 60 fps and it still gets really hot but doesn't overheat. Great magnet strength, it holds onto the camera well and takes a good amount of force to remove it. Survived 70 mph on my motorcycle gopro mount.

Wow! I should have purchased this contacto sooner! I was not a fan of constantly opening my GoPro to charge it when needing to, especially when it uploads Automatically when charging. Once the magnet is attached and starts charging, my GoPro uploads all my content. The latch is easy to install and is almost the same size as the original door. I was worry of the protection of my batter and GoPro but after taking it for a few snorkeling sessions, the GoPro was good. Everything internally was protected. This is the best value for my money out of all my other attachments.

this camera is my all time fav. it works great has long battery life and delivers top quality videos reliably even in extreme temps.

Great for our sxs adventures. No more fumbling to get a battery in while on the trails. Easy to use, worth the money, durability is outstanding in the fact it doesn’t fall off in the side by side on bumpy trails. Only down fall is it needs a longer cord!

This is an amazing upgrade for your GoPro. Very happy with the convenience of this accessory to charge without breaking the water tight envelope of my camera. Very sturdy and durable. Compatible with my GoPro HERO 13, 12, and 11.

Recently recieved a gift for an amazing GO PRO 13. I have never owned one and having an amazing time learning new things to record with. I do notice that charging a GO PRO is a bit of a hassle. You must remove the side cover then connect in to charge. Remove and replace each time. I worry that this process will eventually wear out the charge port (USB-C). I then found this amazing device...🎵...Laaaaaaa! 🎵 This charging device replacement is a game changer! 1. Remove old cover, add new cover with external magnetic plug on. 2. Quick easy attachment to prep for charge! Easy-peasy... 3. No longer need to worry about wearing out charging port. As you can see from attached picture, slap magnetic charge cable to new side door charge port. Boom shakalaka! This is a must have for GO PRO users..just ensure your GO PRO is compatible....

Finalmente. Uso gopro da anni con battery pack per estendere la durata della registrazioni. L'accessorio costa, ma funziona. La calamita è forte e non si stacca facilmente. Si allinea da solo. Peso ridotto notevolmente. Credo che sia la mia soluzione finale dopo tanti anni di prove.

Great item, should be included when buying the camera

Being able to charge the GoPro magnetically without opening the battery door is a very welcome feature we have been waiting for! Works straight out of the box, good value and simple to use.
