This bouquet arrived 4/30/25 they are 5 days old. Flowers look like the photo. Great choice! They come in a box with a vase. I filled the vase with ice, add water and flower food packets, cut the stems off 1” at an angle. They looked beautiful when my daughter got home from work at 5:00pm. We live in AZ ice water really perks up the flowers in a couple hours. I change the water every 3 days. Always add cold water or ice. We love the bouquet.

Arrived late and it’s literally a cheap grocery store bouquet in a fancy box and vase. Tried to return it and cancel the order but couldn’t. Ended up gifting it to someone else than the intended recipient because I went out and bought another in time. Something I thought I’d try to see if it would save me time ended up costing me double the money for low quality. Never again.

Beautiful flowers and have ordered many times. However, the shipping is spotty. Sometimes you get them, sometimes you don’t.

The flowers were beautiful but they were supposed to be sent to a friend in Arizona. Just within 30” of placing the order I realized they were being sent to my address. I texted with a person on your “help” line explaining the mixup and she assured me that the order would be cancelled. They were delivered to me on 01/15 and there wasn’t any way to return them without them dying so I kept them. They are truly beautiful, but I would never have ordered them for myself. I’m disappointed in your “help” line.

So the roses were nice BUT the picture showed lilies & that’s why I brought it ! There were no lilies in the delivery! Sad ! Maybe send me a credit TU
