I've tried a LOT of weight loss and appetite suppressants over the years and nothing ever helped...until I tried these. My god, they've made me so happy and hopeful, and much happier in my body in just the first week I've been taking them. I took a chance on them based on all the positive reviews and photos, not expecting much, but immediately after taking them I didn't feel hungry. After the first day my stomach was noticeably smaller and more toned. It's actually working on all the stubborn areas of fat which I've never been able to shift before (under chin, stomach, butt, thighs). I haven't felt this toned and slim in years and there's a significant visible change which I've noticed in the mirror, the fit of my clothes, and in photos. I've only been taking one every morning before breakfast so far. Can't imagine what two would do! Though I'm a bit wary due to the levels of caffeine. They contain a lot of caffeine so just be careful in drinking caffeinated drinks. The two days I took it my brain was so unusually wired I had migraines and was too alert to fall asleep quickly but my brain/body has adjusted over the week and it's improving. I've also had more physical energy too. As an equestrian who was getting a bit chubby, the horses I ride will be thankful that I'm lighter and more toned and I now feel happier looking at my riding footage without cringing over parts of my body. These supplements have really kickstarted my sluggish metabolism a lot!! They're tastless to me, so I don't experience any aftertaste and are fairly easy to swallow. The price is quite high but they're definitely amazing value for the money so I'll be buying them for as long as they're available! I'm so excited to progress with these and hopefully reach my optimum weight goals without dieting, alongside eating in moderation and regular exercise.

My food cravings have diminished and it has also helped my metabolism which at times is quite slow , the value for money means they last a while before I have to buy some more .. I found the pills easy to swallow compared to other brands that leave you with a bitter after taste. These are really good tablets to help loose weight when exercised but the only down full is I noticed my hair was shredding and gone thin , then made it worse as soon as I put straighteners onto my hair , I’ve had to stop using them

I am almost through my first bottle of Slim Smart and I will be ordering again. I take one tablet at 6 am before I go to the gym and I take my second tablet about 3 pm. I have found that it does curb my appetite. I never eat snacks but taking Slim Smart, I don't even want to. I have also been eating smaller portions and focussing on healthier foods I don't know how much weight I have lost because I only weigh myself once a month, on the first of the month, but my clothes definitely feel more loose and seem to fit me much better. I can't say as I have noticed an increase in energy but then I am 70 years old. I have only given four stars because I find the information available is very limited. There is nothing about whether you should take them all the time, or if not, how to stop taking them. Do you reduce the number of capsules you take over a few days or weeks or do you just stop taking them. I wish there was more information about this.
