I purchased this product about nine months ago, and it has turned out to be one of the worst purchases I have ever made. It worked fine in the beginning, but after a few months it started showing multiple issues, and now it has completely stopped working. For a product to fail in less than a year is unacceptable, especially at this price. The quality is extremely disappointing, and it does not match the description or the expectations set on the product page. I feel like I wasted my money. I would strongly advise others **not to buy this product**. The seller should improve the quality or offer proper support. I am extremely dissatisfied and request either a replacement or a full refund.
