Will this item clean foggy car interior windows?

it'll clean any fog from glass but if you have the inside of the windows fogging up you need to dry out your car as there is trapped moisture in it most likely from a leak.

Hi, does anyone know whether this could be used on a shower screen to repel water?

I don’t know but I wouldn’t after just reading the the Product Safety list, it’s clearly not intended for showers. Try Meguiar’s Perfect Clarity glass cleaner, we use it both on our shower door & car. It keeps our shower door clear and clean.

Can this remove wiper mark scratches on windscreen?

It's not good enough to remove scratches but it will remove a lot of grime and marks left behind when the wiper blades drag a bit . I've tried a few things for scratches and haven't found anything that really does the job properly.
