I’ve struggled for a while to find the right product. Agreed it is slightly pricy but It works, I usually take before I go to bed as I’ve found it works better for me would recommend

For the last 6 months I've been using this product and from the very start it has helped me to feel comfortable and regular!! I've tried everything over 20 years and this is by far the best. Blends with my morning smoothie. I also put it in my yogurt and porridge. A bit more than I'd like to pay but I've given up begrudging the cost because I feel so good on this. This is my "go to" product for digestive and bowel health.
