I have never painted furniture before, and I wanted an easy and affordable option. There was no prep work required (other than dusting the surface of the item), it dried very quickly, and it looks great. I did need to use 3 coats as what I was painting was black, but overall, I am very happy with the finished product!

Just a bit small a quart would have been better.

This is the perfect pop of color. Gold handles also from Amazon. I just measure the handles that were already there and found the perfect match. The paint was easy to apply and wasn’t too strong in smell either. It dried pretty quickly as well. The only con it’s chalk paint so sliding the baskets in makes little marks inside.

Wanted to leave pictures for anyone debating purchasing the color Peacoat. It’s the perfect deep, navy blue color!! It took two coats, I painted on top of old laminate cupboards and then sealed with two coats of wax topcoat so hoping it holds up. It is a time consuming process for this purpose, you definitely have to wait for each coat to dry long enough and then you have to be careful applying the second coat to ensure it doesn’t lift the first coat (I’m sure this would work better on actual wood; I just cleaned the cabinets with mineral spirits first and then painted).
