Absolute Substandard product
As they say, see it to believe it. The trolley suitcase is of poor quality, wheels are not free, chains inside are difficult to open, to TSA lock, material is plastiky.... and guess what, it weighs 2.83 kg empty weight as against claimed weight of 1.9 kg (for which I had bought this). Don't get carried away by MADE IN INDIA label, absolute waste of money. So initiating a return, lets hope that goes hazzle free
