Great full flavor
This coffee is awesome at a super great price. I use an espresso machine so a good bean is always really appreciated as that machine always seems to get the most out of what it's given. This bean does a great job of delivering on that front. The bag it's sent in is really strong so you shouldn't have any concerns with it being pierced on delivery, and it does a great job of holding the flavor in. The beans themselves were fresh and it's just a really good roasted flavor from the espresso machine. I drink my coffee black with 1 sugar and this is one of the better ones I've tried in the last few months.

Decent Columbian Arabica Unflavored Coffee - Whole Beans
Grinding whole beans like these always results in a better cup of coffee. The Medium roasted beans taste good if brewed strong just like the ones already ground by this brand.I experimented with different concentrations of this coffee to produce the best results I can get. I found doubling the recommended coffee to water ratio to produce my desired cup.I am a regular Peet's Organic dark roast drinker which affects my coffee palate. I find most brews are weak in comparison. This coffee is smooth and easy to drink with no acidity or bitterness to it and since it's medium roast I didn't expect any smokiness to it and I didn't notice any. The aroma and the taste are very pleasant.Being organic,At $1/ounce, I think it's overpriced but being organic and Fairtrade I can see why the high price.

Delicious!
I can’t say I have an overly refined palette, but I do enjoy a quality cup of coffee. For me, there are a few keys to a good brew. I prefer french press (and that’s how I brewed these beans), and you need to start with whole beans that are Arabica. I prefer light or medium roasts because dark roasts lose the nuance of the beans. I find myself drawn to Colombian beans because they provide a smoother taste with low acidity. These beans are excellent and I was very happy with the end result. I’ve had some bad luck buying beans on Amazon because sometimes they come stale. These were very fresh. The bag was vacuum sealed, so it was a compact bag that expanded upon opening.Excellent coffee beans resulted in equally excellent coffee, and I’ll be buying again. My star ratings explained:5 stars = Exceptional. I recommend to friends.4 stars = Exceeded expectations.3 stars = Met expectations. Satisfied with purchase but not overwhelmed.2 stars = Failed to meet expectations but usable.1 star = Avoid

Great medium roast beans
I trust the quality of Colombian coffee and this one did not disappoint. Good medium roast option. I have been using it for my morning cappuccino and afternoon espresso and the result is great for both. Beans look very fresh and with a nice aroma and nice medium roast color. Smooth taste with almost no bitterness or acidity. Really nice presentation which makes it a good gift.

Smooth, Neutral
This is a good smooth, low-acidity, neutral coffee. It doesn't really have any additional flavors to it (like caramel, or chocolate), it's just coffee, which some people will prefer.

Outstanding Colombian coffee
This is a 16 oz resealable zipper bag of 100% Colombian medium roast whole bean coffee from Sapphire Coffee. It arrived perfectly fresh and factory sealed. Opening the bag, the beans smelled amazing. They were an appropriate color for medium roast coffee, and they were not oily looking. I grind my beans in a conical burr grinder, and typically brew using a French press. I brewed this using my usual measurements. I've got to say that this coffee has precisely the flavor profile I think of when I think of a high quality Colombian coffee. It has both richness and brightness, maintaining perfect balance, with smooth body and notes of chocolate and citrus. Besides being a really wonderful coffee, it is ethically and sustainably sourced, and the company supports charities that focus on empowering women. And on top of all of that, at a price as I'm writing this of $16.00 for the 16 oz bag, this coffee is an exceptional value. Highly recommended.

Smooth and enjoyable
We usually use a dark French roast from Starbucks for drip coffee so this Sapphire medium roast coffee is a bit of a change, but a pleasant one. You can see how much lighter it is than our regular coffee in the photo I posted. I find it very smooth, not too strong and very pleasant to drink. It doesn’t have any of the harsh, bitter notes that are key attributes of the French roast. I actually find it tastes a lot like coffee I like in fine restaurants. I will enjoy it and you might too.
