No es que te acelere o ponga activo. Es simplemente que te da un plus para hacer una o 2 reps mas e incluso algunas series mas!! Yo personalmente espero en vez de 30mis, 45 mins y me va super bien!! Contentísimo po la compra igual que el Fussion tambien de Amix.

He sido deportista profesional durante muchos años y ahora mi entreno se basa en hacer pesas y diferentes deportes y siempre que he tomado esta creatina me ha funcionado de fábula. Mejora tu recuperación muscular y te aporta ese extra de rendimiento muscular en tus entrenos más intensos. En cuestión de volumen muscular ya depende de cada persona pero a mí me ayuda mucho. Otra cuestión es que con la creatina krealcalina no noto ninguna retención como he notado con la monohidrato. En fin, la recomiendo 100%
