Quite calming
They work within 30-40 minutes and taste great. Used at night prior to sleeping where falling off to sleep comes naturally. Waking up is natural and calm.

Tastes Great!
I'm sure there is some placebo effect at play with our kids, but it does help them calm down to know that I'm trying to do something to help. They love the taste and I love the ease of delivery -- something other than a gummy or a liquid.

Works for Cognitive Function
I think these helped my child cognitive function go up. So I'm now trying the other flavor, strawberry. She diagnosed with echolalia. She kept doing that in which if you ask her something she could only repeat what you asked in the same words instead of answering. She had these and then all of a sudden she now can answer appropriately and have more conversational speech. So we definitely trying another box of these. Thanks this makes me more confident in my child speech development and overall cognitive function.
