I like trying new beans every now and then and stumbled upon this one. Made using French Press which is my preferred method for brewing. Very low acidity which is perfect for someone like me with digestive issues. I drink my coffee black without sugar nor creamer and this blend is extremely smooth without a hint of unpleasant bitterness. The coffee has a very Earthy taste to it which I found to be quite pleasing. I would describe the strength as medium-dark. To find such a nice blend that is organic at this price point is a real find. I will definitely purchase again.

I'm surprised there are no reviews for these beans yet! These are fresh, good quality beans which make for a rich, complex, slightly darker than medium roast coffee. Excellent aroma every time the container is opened. Rich, beany smell after grinding. The 3-5 minute steeped hot flavor is earthy with hints of fruit/floral. The flavor opens into a complex earthy-floral when cooled- something there I can't describe- chocolate, maybe? Very clean, acid-free coffee. Highly recommend trying. This will be added to my Columbia/Peru rotation.

The smell after every brew, taste, and the boldness remind me of strong Puerto Rican coffee. This coffee is way superior to popular, well-known watery coffee taste brands in the US. I always love strong coffee and as the description states medium roast, for my taste, this coffee tends to lean a little bit more to a stronger darker roast, the way I really like. Every time I grind the coffee, I can smell the freshness and creaminess of the Arabica bean. If your coffee tastes a little bitter, make sure not to compact the coffee too much, or when grinding, unless it is a ceramic blade grinder, try not to take more than 10 seconds grinding, as it will turn your coffee bitter too. I've done some iced coffee with a little Kahlúa, and WoW, what a great late-night treat. Want your coffee beans or ground coffee to last longer? What I always do is I put the whole coffee bag in a container or in a zip bag with desiccant bags, just my 5 cents.

I love this stuff but unfortunately amazon almost never has it and when they do its $50+ so i cant get it. This stuff works 10 times better and is much more healthy than regular coffee. I just need to find somewhere else to buy it.

It is organic, low acid, and works well across different brewing methods while keeping a pleasant, steady flavor.

I was disappointed to receive this item and found out it was ground coffee, and not whole bean coffee as advertised. I only buy whole bean coffee and grind it myself.. And you cannot return even if it’s unopened.
