I got this as my dogs current lead is rather chewed and looking quite tired.It's a perfect replacement and is super comfortable around my wrist.So far my dog is not interested in chewing it either so it might longer than the last one.Recommended.

Initially we got a collar made of this material and it was so comfortable for our little dog we decided to buy a lead in same 'natural' colour.He tends to pull so the slight 'give' in hemp is useful, but when letting him off the lead it's really easy to fold it up and slip it into a pocket, it never seems to tangle or catch.Highly recommended.

This dog lead by Voyager arrived in good condition inside a plastic bag. The lead is available in blue, green, red and natural colours and I chose the bright blue which looks very stylish. The lead measures 122cm in length and has a width of 2.5cm.I often dog sit my parent’s dog when they go away and it is nice to have my own collar and lead combination which is both practical and looks super smart. I did also order the matching collar to complete the set. The lead is made from a combination of strong hemp with a cotton backing. Hemp is renewable and environmentally conscious products which feels durable and soft to the touch. The lead also has polished chrome clip fixtures which feel strong.Priced at £14 for the lead, it feels very secure when attached to the collar and my parent’s dog doesn’t mind the collar/ lead combination at all. The lead is also very comfortable for the human side to use as well! I’ve had a few compliments when I’ve taken him out for walks and overall, I am very pleased with this order in conjunction with the collar – I would be happy to recommend it.

PresentationThe Voyager - Hemp Dog Lead, Green was supplied loose with a tag in a standard Amazon cardboard box along with some other ordered items, there is brand name on the actual leash itself.First ImpressionsThe leash is a fairly standard length and with but quite thin, the composition using hemp with cotton as a backing is very flexible and it can be rolled up, folded for storage or wrapped around the hand very easily and comfortably is you wish to shorten the length. I had ordered the green (to match the collar I’d ordered separately) and it is a near sage green on the hemp side but a natural looking colour on the reverse. The clasp works well and appears robust, as does the D ring near the handle.Day To Day UseThis works well with our dogs, a decent length to allow them to snuffle near edges without being too long. It is stronger than it looks though I am certain it stretches just a little when the dogs are pulling as they tend to do when they first venture out on a morning.Summing UpA decent leash though a little overpriced for me, although not the thickest as mentioned it does appear stronger than it looks and I’ve had no issues with it in use.

A mediocre quality dog lead. The hemp fabric of the lead is adequately strong The stitching could be better. What I most like about this lead is the distinctive bright green colour, which contrasts well with our dog's coat. I am a little concerned about the clasp. It does not seal precisely and there is some play in it, which makes me doubt as to whether it is completely secure.

First things first... forget the dog. This lead is great for us humans. Let me explain...Previously I've had a nylon lead for my dog, which I thought was just fine. However, once I'd used this for the first time, my opinion changed. This is just so much nicer in the hand. It's softer, "warmer" and noticeably more comfortable to use when taking the dog for a walk.I chose the pink version and it's pink on one side and a pale cream colour on the other. The metal hardware is superb, making latching on and off the harness very easy and there is also a metal poop-bag-container loop (the container in my photos isn't included), conveniently located up near the hand loop.My small breed of dog has had no complaints with it being used, but honestly, this lead is now more for me than her.

Ordered the turquoise blue to match the collar and it does perfectly. Strong and sturdy lead with a soft feel so nice in your hand. The clip if made of a thick metal swivel and built to last. The lead can be adjusted depending on your preference of length which is helpful.Hope this helps….
