If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This item is a fake and isn't a real WOOF product. This is a cheaply made knock off product, not only is the packaging pixelated and flimsy, but the product itself is incredibly week, my dog would tear it apart in seconds. I have returned the item, and am still waiting for my refund.

This was perfect for kennel training and just getting a little quiet time for my puppy!

Very bad. Doesn’t come with the tray and the size is falsely advertised as well.

My dog loves the tooth and calm ones but they really don’t last long. She is a small dog who goes through one in about 5 minutes. It’s easy to chew into instead of lick. But they sell mix which you can make at home using water and their special trays, and those treats last like 10-15 minutes because they’re frozen and do need to lick. After washing, the ball is loud when I screw it together and I hate the sound but it’s not like that lasts more than a second. It’s quiet while they use it.

My dog loves this, and I love that I can make healthy treats for him. I will say that it only takes him about 10 minutes to get all the frozen treat out but he really enjoys that 10 minutes of diversion.
