Great lock and I like it . Strong and dependable.
I have just received my lock and I am actually surprised to say that it is a pretty good lock and design the only issue I have with it is the spot where the cable wraps around my helmet runs on a delicate spot ont the visor weather seal . My answer to that , is to find some type of cloth and sew my own cable cover . Simple fix for me . I’m happy with my purchase . And will be recommending it to all my buddies . MAKE MORE COLORS !!!! Thank you .

It's not great - Difficult to unlock
The device itself is solid and the cable for the helmet is extremely strong. But that's about where the good news ends. I don't have the same problem locking it that some people have, but I definitely understand what they're saying. It does need to be aligned almost perfectly in order to lock, but I've maneuvered around the problem by just wiggling the push down mechanism.The biggest issue for me is UNLOCKING the darn thing. It's a colossal pain. It sticks on a regular basis and there have been numerous times I'm standing over my bike jiggling the key and pulling up on it after it's turned to the unlock position because the lock stays depressed. I end up turning the lock and holding it in place hard to get some leverage, then pull up a bit forcefully. I fear one day I won't be able to get it open so I'll be looking for something else quickly.It's only been two months and the thing is practically useless already. I'd save my money and go with a better quality product. The best thing about this item is the cable for the helmet, lol.

Well made but won’t fit.
Very well made. Unfortunately, because the angle of my clutch lever will not go in the slot allocated for it. I will use it as a helmet lock but that’s about all. btw 2003 Harley Davidson softail is my bike.

More than 1.50 diameter
I put on aftermarket Avon memory foam grips so I had to get another lock, (I like these locks). Could not find one to fit over 1.50 diameter until I looked at the pics of this one. I don't know why it says less than 1.50 when the diagram shows 1.57. Anyway, this does work on Avon memory foam grips on Indian Scout, just barely but it works.These are not easy to close, very frustrating really, there only seems to be one spot on the brake lever where it will work. So I marked the spot.
