This supplement is great! Sleep restored! Hot flashes gone! Tastes great and easy to take before bed without needing to drink a glass of water. Noticeably lowers anxiety. From day one I fell asleep faster and stayed asleep longer. I had stopped dreaming almost completely due to sleeping to lightly and each day I took this I had dreams again which was evidence to me that I have been sleeping deeper. I've ordered this a few times and it always has that delicious lemon flavor, however, the one that I received recently tastes completely different with an herb taste to it and the consistency is off. I'm not sure if it was a bad batch, but I get stomach aches from it now 😔

My star rating low is due to the dosing stick. You suppose to be able to take up to 2ml but you can even reach 1ml with this, so make sure y’all know how to add so y'all don’t go over the limit. If you have a dosing cup instead, utilize it for this. Don’t want to take more than you should be. Honestly the taste is smooth, the effects are great due to me always feeling sleeping n just ready to sleep as soon as I start my day, I haven’t been feeling like that lately, and only my 3rd day. I’ll be coming bac after more time.
