Great Cameras
I purchase these cameras because it had a home base in which to record video from the cameras on which means no service charge. It also has a cloud storage available at a charge. It was easy to setup and to install the cameras. Camera picture quality is pretty good even at night and provides added security for my home along with an alarm and give you the ability to communicate to whoever is in camera view. These cameras are much better value than my previous camera system and response time is better as well. I can view anywhere on my phone or tablet. After about 3 months of use one of the cameras stopped charging. I sent a email to the manufacture and they were quick to respond. They asked me to provide a short email of the problem which I did and within a day or two they responded saying they would send out a replacement camera. After less than a week i received the new camera and installed it. So far the new camera is working well. I greatly appreciate the quick response from this company and would recomment these cameras.

Super easy to use.
Camera system is so easy to set up and delivers great picture. The battery lasted over a year with just normal use (not continuous viewing from my phone). Connecting additional camera to base hub is a breeze. Camera with stands freezing temperatures and wet weather. Zoom and picture quality are great. Very well made. Motion detection works as claimed.

Best in class wireless cameras
A review for this and the Aosu Camera Wireless, 5MP Ultra HD doorbell cam -High quality -Affordable -Durable -Strong customer service -Easy Install -Long battery life -High res -No monthly fee The 3 Aosu cameras that I installed, 1 doorbell, and 2 outdoor elevated, are perfect for my needs. I am mid-level home project guy. Advanced will have no problem, and beginner will be fine if he/she is careful and reads the instructions. My guess who these cameras are perfect for, and who they’re not perfect for. Perfect: Small home homeowner who only needs a few of these (remember you have to re-charge them), can install them high enough and out of the way enough so they are not easy to steal (see pics), but accessible for the owner to remove them for charging. And their customer service is built right into the interface—they are very responsive! Don’t be put off that the camera is not on all the time--It will come on if anyone approaches it. And, it will record briefly and save it in the included external hard drive that connects by wifi. Seems to have unlimited capacity for short vids. I believe these are perfect for the average homeowner—and I compared them with all the majors on the market. Believe me. Unless you are guarding gold bars, or live in a war zone you don’t need cameras on all the time recording every piece of life’s rich pageant. I’m glad I don’t have reels of tape to go through constantly. Not perfect: Larger homes that require many cameras, and businesses that need all cameras on 24/7, recording everything, and need everything hard-wired. Tips: Take your time installing—it is easy but since you are drilling into the outside of your house, you really want to get it right the first time. Charge the camera in advance, install the software, so you can see exactly what field of view you will have before installing. The hardest part was the doorbell--took some cutting--but still, anyone can do this. Recharge tip. The cameras are easy to unscrew from the bracket that fastens them to the house. Unscrew them, don’t try to snap them out of the brackets just for recharging. Sliding the camera out of the bracket, as they recommend, is very tough, and you risk breaking the plastic or pulling the bracket from, the house. Unscrew it instead. Also, I cannot see a condition where the charge would last for 240 days, or whatever is suggested in Aosu advertising. Mine under heavy use, lasted over two months. But that's it. Takes 4 to 5 hours to recharge. Don't sweat this though. You charge your phone everyday. No big deal to have to charge a very important device like this just once every two or 3 months. Negative: The only way to view the cameras is using a phone app. This makes little sense and seems like it would be a very easy fix. NEST, for example, has a phone and desktop app. I prefer Aosu to NEST, I have a NEST camera too, but this is a weakness for Aosu, and another reason why I think it has fewer commercial applications.

Trouble setting up, Good support tem
I originally purchased the AOSU two-camera security system in November 2024. I encountered some issues during the setup process, so I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful. After about 2.5 months, the system was working great, and I was very satisfied with the sensor sensitivity, video quality, and lack of subscription fees. However, after I recharged the cameras for the first time, they stopped pairing with the home base. When the cameras were supposed to scan the QR codes, the codes never appeared in my mobile app. I reached out to customer support and repeated the setup procedure multiple times, but the cameras still wouldn’t pair. I confirmed that the home base was connected to our internet (through both networks) and that I could see the AOSU cameras in my Bluetooth settings. Customer support concluded that there was an issue with the cameras, and they sent me replacements. Despite their help, the same issue occurred with the replacement cameras; I was still unable to set up the security system. I was pleased with the first 2.5 months of use, but this situation left me very disappointed. The support team escalated my case to management, who decided to issue me a refund, for which I was very grateful. However, I began to wonder if the problem might be with the home base, and I am now requesting a home-base replacement. I hope they will grant my request, allowing me to try setting up the system again. Overall, their product is good, with no subscription fees, and the customer service team is very helpful. The management team responds to emails within 24 hours and is very accommodating. I would rate them 4 stars if they provide a replacement home base that works. For now, however, I would rate them 3 stars, especially after spending over 120 minutes on the phone with customer service.

Excellent cameras, motion detection and notifications, and service!
The cameras and the whole system is excellent! They were very easy to install. The picture quality if very good and the cameras provide notifications immediately of any activity or motion in view. Best of all there is no subscription. The customer service was exceptional and they even provided free solar panels to keep the cameras charged! They responded within a day of my query. Very satisfied with the purchase and would buy again and would highly recommend!

EXCELLENT product and service! Reason; I'm an older person who purchased this product after reviewing several other similar products. Reviews were that this was the best security camera in its class and the easiest to setup! They were not lying! I setup the system myself by following the directions step by step, easy peasy! Black Friday I ordered another camera to make it a 3 camera set. Right out of the box I had issues, I called the help line and spoke to a "Josh". Very helpful but we could not connect to base, it quit pairing at 98%. He walked me through it at least 3 times, than said he'd put in a ticket for the camera. That's when Cora contacted me (AOSU Support Team member). PROFESSIONALISM all the way. Could not do enough to correct the situation, immediately replaced the unit (actually arrived today Dec. 28. Waiting for unit to warm up before attempting to connect to base). If you want the best security system at a reasonable price, please buy this unit...you will not be disappointed! Picture quality, including night vision is excellent. You can adjust the cameras perimeter yourself. Microphone is loud and clear for answering door without having to actually go and answer it. Setup is one of the easiest there is and if you run into trouble, you can always get immediate support. ALARM is loud enough to scare and porch pirates or unwanted intruders away (though you might tick off some of your neighbours!). A couple of my friends have already purchased this unit on the fact of quality, pricing and the quick response of Support Team members (an actual human!) who really do care about their product and customer satisfaction! You truly won't be sorry!

Es hätte 5 Sterne gegeben, wenn es einen EU Stecker gehabt hätte, oder ein Adapter beigefügt wäre. Ansonsten tolle Produkt und das Geld auf jeden Fall wert.

These cameras are easy to setup and easy to use. Videos are clear on my phone, and notifications are customizable. Support is also very good. After 5 months of having the camera, I had a problem with the battery on one camera dying a couple of days after charging. Ann from support made it easy to send the required information to them, and within a day, they had shipped a replacement. I know that sometimes things go wrong, but these guys addressed it quickly. She responded quickly, politely and professionally. Great product and support. I recommend

Great residential home cameras overall. They work well on my phone, and the notifications are convenient and timely. The installation was super easy, which I really appreciated. One limitation is that if I’m connected to a different network (for example, at work), I have to disconnect from Wi-Fi and switch to mobile data for the camera view to load. Battery life can also drain quickly with frequent motion. The camera that captures part of my neighbour’s house needs to be recharged more often than the others due to constant activity. I purchased these cameras mainly to keep an eye on a raccoon problem in my backyard. Sometimes the motion sensor doesn’t catch it right away and only starts recording once the animal is closer to the camera, which can be a bit frustrating. That said, for the price, I’m still happy with the purchase. With a few improvements, these cameras would be excellent.

100% Satisfied with purchase. The System is great. Battery life hasn't been great on first charge but it has been inside the house so constant Event Recording and with us testing features and live viewing often for extended periods it is expected. Even stated in manual. Easy Charging. Easy to remove and Charge. Fast Charging Stations work. Going to test Wireless Pad Next Charge. Will update the Review after 1st Charge ends. Probably in a few days the wait to see the 2nd Charge status prior to update. View and range is awesome as is the picture quality. Easy mount as well. Sound is crisp and not muffled and apparently better than my hearing (heard neighbour's whispering as I was mounting it thru camera app...). Need to pay to play with Human detection and human recognition. Ffs. The App. Meh. When viewing events it starts clip about 4 sec into so you gotta watch thru and again. The event Recording time I'm trying to see if I can increase but it does 10s intervals and misses 2s in-between start and stop. Gotta play with some settings more. Of you adjust settings the goto view live then it will crash and require a reload. Same with camera settings but only the one cam crashes. You can goto second then back to first and it refreshes. Small, easy everything, very Happy with it so far. Considering using one inside as Baby Monitor as it is far superior to our current Monitor.
