Easy to use, provides pain relief but EXPENSIVE for the price of the product!
I have been using this patch since last year for relief from menstrual pain (mostly). The first two times I ordered, the patch was very adhesive and it literally remains stuck to the body for over 12 hours if you want. However, the last two times i ordered, the patch barely sticks and keeps rolling off. I would agree, that the ingredients in the patch do provide relief from the pain, but for the price it is VERY expensive and not economical. Given the ingredients and the overall product, I believe there is a very high margin that the manufacturers have on this product. You could possibly get a roll on balm with menthol, eucalyptus, camphor that would last you longer as this patch is only a one time use. Even though i like it, I am disappointed with the price and I would not like to invest in it every month!

Good purchase
Sirona pain relif patches were a good cheat for period pain. The fragrence is mix of mentol,eucalyctus and many more essential oils. Average time it works is not more than 2 hrs but it does it job when applied. Applying sirona pain relif roll on on the patches increase its duration , so tats a hack to use limited patches with long durations on one go!!!
