Anti Snoring Devices - Chin Strap for Sleeping -056135

I slept terrible, the device hurt around my ears. It did nothing to stop my snoring. I woke up feeling worse than ever. I do not recommend.

I have to write a review for this to encourage anyone who might have sleep difficulties relating to sleep apnea to try this. While I’m not diagnosed with sleep apnea, I suspect I may have it. I’ve often woken up with my mouth open, throat completely dried out, and have routinely struggled with feeling energized. I went to my doctor about it and I can’t get a sleep test for 5 more months, and was desperate to find something to help. I came across this, and I thought for under $20, it’s worth a try. And it’s worth it!!! I had a few worries relating to breathing normally, comfort and if I’d keep it on all night (I have a habit of taking off my sleeping eye mask). But everything was perfect! It’s incredibly comfortable to wear, and it stays in place all night. It doesn’t bother me in the slightest and I’m SO happy to be sleeping better! I use a nose strip along with the strap to help ensure my nasal passages are fully open, and have had zero problems with breathing. I honestly think this is a saving grace. My dad has sleep apnea and I’m going to buy one for him to try. Do yourself a favor and purchase one!

This chin strap is okay overall. It’s comfortable enough to sleep in, which is a plus, but I’ve found that unless I tighten it more than is comfortable, it doesn’t fully keep my mouth closed while sleeping. I think the fabric is a bit too stretchy—I wish it offered more support. With a few adjustments, it could be a great product.

I have ordered a few of these from different sellers on Amazon. All are the same product. I use it to keep my jaw closed so my anti snoring mouth piece won't fall out. My major complaint is that the black dye bleeds on my pillow cases. The material stretches and I find they last only 3 to 4 weeks.

I needed this as I use a CPAP machine and often mouth breath. This was way too loose, even tho it is adjustable, the actual chin part was too soft to provide any support.

If you have trouble with Open Mouth Breathing during the night, please buy this!!!! From the first night of using it, I no longer wake up with a extremely Dry Mouth, Irritated Throat or Coughing every morning!!!! I'm sleeping better and feel more rested when I wake up!!!! And it's certainly not pretty to wear, but it doesn't leave my hair crushed and flat like a hat does!!!! It will fluff back up as soon as I comb it. (This is important for we women out there)!!!!!

Didn't work for me.

Since I've received and been using this product, there's been times where it seems the "anti-Snoring" of this doesn't actually work for me personally even after adjusting the straps to make it a bit tighter. I didn't even use the extra piece of the strap that came with it. Waste of money for me. But maybe it could help someone else.
