It's taken me a while to write this review, but u felt it was necessary to share with others considering this product for their child.The phone was nice and came with a charger. It had many game features as well as the ability to take photos. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks it stopped working, it would not turn on at all. The screen is just completely black. The phone was well taken care of and was not dropped and it still stopped working. My son was disappointed because he lost all of his photos and is now without a toy phone. The worst part was he used his own money to make this purchase. ** update: After writing this review I was contacted by a representative of the company and they were able to replace the phone with another one that is working well so far. My son was so happy he was able to receive a working product to replace the defective one. I had a great experience with their customer service and it shows that they are different than most vendors. We are very thankful they reached out to make it right.

Unfortunately, after just a couple of weeks it completely stopped working and wouldn’t turn on. It was well cared for and never dropped. My daughter was very disappointed—she lost all her photos and the phone, which she bought with her own money.
