I have to admit anytime I have had a cough start up, I’ve used the throat spray and it knocked it out! The nose spray stings but seems to be effective. I was sick all last winter so I’m not taking any chances this year. I use it before I go out in a crowd.

Have purchased several times because it works! When traveling or being around my young grandchildren, I haven’t picked up any virus so far. I use daily. Sometimes a slight sting or bitter taste but goes away in like two seconds.

Very good for sore throat and sinus infection

These boxes were filthy and stained, obviously from former use. Neither bottles were sealed and both bottles had a clear slimy liquid on them. (not the brown liquid from the bottles) The bottle said "See insert for additional information". There was no insert! Has this bottle been used, refilled and repackaged? And, of course, the product cannot be returned! Scam!
