Spray comes out well. A good item to use on toes and calves before sleep. Good size to hold. Sale price was good too. HSN had spray from Nakery that had big flat top sprayer- too hard to press. This is easier and nice if you haveArthritis or any had problems.

I spray this on the bottom of my feet. I sleep well.

I have suffered with leg cramps since I was a child. The pain in my jonts have increased ten fold since then. Recently I have been having pain in my neck and right arm. Sleeping has been awful these last 3 weeks. I work with 4th graders all day. So that is enough said about that. I couldn’t wait to spray this product on the bottom of my feet. My neck and arm. I don’t know if it’s supposed to work so quickly, but my pain is definitely not as bad as it’s been. I’m going to give a full week. I hope I’m not disappointed.

First off don’t buy this product because they won’t allow you to return it. It says you can return it until you click on going through the process to return it. I honestly think it’s water and when you spray it on your feet and put your socks on wherever you walk there’s greasing grime everywhere. I have no idea what’s in it but it’s disgusting and it didn’t work. The seller will not take a return so I’d think twice before you waste your money.
