Recommend / Quiet / Efficient **NEW CUSTOMER SERIVCE TEAM**
After a few weeks of continuous use, I give the heater a thumbs up. I opted for this one being it has a side mounted exhaust. Studying other ones available it seems they all have the same burn chamber and those buying the cheaper models are upgrading the fuel pump. I was not going to play the upgrade chase game and this heater is very quiet. As a test I placed the heater on the work bench and routed the exhaust through a window. My garage is well insulated and the unit runs on level 3 during the day keeping the garage at 64 degrees and night setting of 1 with temp dropping to 61 degrees. I recommend this heater. Edit: A day after leaving a review, the heater started spewing white smoke and error code E-03 & F2. The heater will not restart due to codes. Unit does qualify for return and waiting for seller to advise. Edit: The seller shared they would send replacement part but did not, so I bought it from a third party. I had broke the ignitor part during disassembly. I believe this is cool product but, with production in quantities there will be that one with issues - and I have it. As shared it worked great for 2 weeks and quit. The manual included has 16 pages of instructions of which mine is not a correct version for it does not function according to the manual. The manual states no where not to use a specific power setting or range yet the support team stated otherwise after seeing my images. These additional images are of it quitting after the unit on power level PB-5 for 6 hours. I have conveyed many times something is wrong and my question or explanations are read by not answered. I have thoroughly cleaned the unit 3 times and it is a messy process yet it still soots up on even a mid power setting. Edit: 10/08/2025 Having given up on correspondence, low and behold Wippro reached out to me wanting to make it right. Being somewhat scheptical I emailed back. They genuinely wanted to make it right and assured me those previously with the team was no longer around. Sure enough they stood behind their word and my replacement arrived and looking forward to using it soon. I am going to revise my 2 star to 5 simply because Wippro made it right and I do like this style of heater. For me, having a side exhaust is important. Like I shared originally, the heater worked awesome then ran into issues. The old customer service team was either enidated or did'nt understand how their product worked. I feel confident the new customer service team will be of help for others. I plan to provide an update during winter used. For what its worth, my garage is a foam insulated 65x36 with R19 garge doors and this heater kept my garage warm. Edit:11/25/25 My heater runs 24/7 on setting 4 flawlessly. I wanted to share that this unit has AC or DC input and I use both simultaneously to prevent non intentional shutdown. Diesel heaters require a cool down period to prevent damage. I purchased a 20amh LiFEPO4 battery and have it connected to the heater - AC power glitches or loss the unit runs 18 hrs on the 20amp battery. Though the LiFEPO4 is 14.4 volts it remains at the 13.1 being that is what the AC power pack included with the heater puts out. I'm not concerned the backup battery will remain a 90% charge for the purpose is simply to prevent unwanted shut downs and protect the heater. Attached is the sales image marked up showing the (2) pwr connections. Hope this can help in your decision to purchase.

Excellent product and great customer service!
I purchased the wippro diesel heater in February of 2025 and it arrived during the promise time frame. It was properly packaged to prevent damage and all the necessary parts were included. The set up and start up was extremely easy! Basically pull it out of the box, attach the exhaust, plug in whatever power supply you are using, add fuel and push a button. It started up and worked flawlessly. I used it to heat my two car garage occasionally, not daily and never had any issues. Unfortunately, the supplied power stopped working at the end of November (on Thanksgiving Day) of this year. I tested and used the heater with a 12v battery and it worked fine, confirming that the power cord was the issue. I reached out to the customer support team and received a prompt response stating they would gladly replace the power cord. I have not yet received to power cord, but am confident I will do son soon. So overall I highly recommend the wippro diesel heater it preforms as advertised generating great heat, set up is simple, it starts every time I push the button (other than when the power cord quit working), it is very fuel efficient, quiet and well built. The great customer service adds to the positive experience! 5 stars!

Do not buy! Not reliable and customer service is terrible
Do not buy! All negative reviews are spot on as it runs dirty, doesn’t maintain operations and is not worth the investment. I had it for about a week trying to get heat out of it but could not keep it running longer than 20 mins before it started shutting down and switching over to to shutdown mode. The heater, if you can call it that, burned through the fuel extremely dirty with it almost being a nuisance to my neighbors. Customer service was trash. I requested a return or refund and was I ignored. I explained the safety issues and the failure to maintain heat but was told there was nothing they could do. I then reached out to Amazon and stated that it could not be returned because 1. It was a third party seller 2. It is an item with fuel and it goes against shipping requirements thus making it unreturned. 3 months later and multiple calls to Amazon and I was able to get a credit for the $200 that it cost.

This heater is a trojan!
I have now used the WIPPRO Diesel Heater 8KW,12V/24V/110V 8L two seasons and I'm very pleased. All I have done is put fuel in it and enjoyed heat. Very simple and easy. I purchased the heater to use while camping and primarily use it to heat my 20'x10' work shop. I paid full price when I bought it but they're selling it now for much less which is a great value for the money. It is tough and has never failed me. I will say the display is not waterproof but if it does get wet or quits functioning you can easily purchase the display on Amazon as well as the remotes as I have done. Highly recommend.

Better than i had expected
Was worried paying more than the others would not be worth it. Its my first so i don't have anything to personally compair it to but..... my main concern was the noise of the pump and having it annoy my wife. I did hear the pump but only during startup. Not sure if that was just priming or what. I also ordered an upgraded fuel pump at the same time. I dont know that i will bother putting it in because once its heated up, i can only hear the fan. The fan sounds about the same as the heater fan in your car possibly a bit quieter. This things moves a LOT of air and it gets hot. Holding your hand about 6" from the nozel for about 20 seconds gets it to an unpleasant heat level. You could keep yout hand there longer but its uncomfortable. This is of course on the higest setting. This moves a lot more air than all 3 of my space heaters combined. Im betting it would beat 6 of them but thats a guess. It has both heat and air volume. The muffler looks far more substantial than the cheap versions. There is badfeling and packing. Im guessing this is a recent change because the muffler that came with its is not what was pictured in the instructions. The exhaust tube looks to be stainless along with the hose clamps. The heat duct is of good quality as well. Basically all of the hardware is far better than what i had expected. Then there is the power supply. I have a very hard time believing that its 15A. It weighs nothing. It works though and it definitely poweres the unit. I do find iy funny that the output of the power supply looks like an AC cord that woild go into a computer or a amp. Im almost curious enough to test it to see what kind of power its actually putting out but since it clearly powers the unit, i probably will not put that much effort into it. The unit does come with mounting hardware and even some half way decent cable to hook to a battery with pre-terminated ends. Anyway, over all i was worried about spending 2x what the cheap units cost but am happy that i did as ut still exceeded my expectations. The only for real gripe that i have would be that both the heat duct and the exaust pipe are very short. Not too big of a deal and should be very easy the extend but everything else it top notch..... almost forgot. Thete is a groment that is intended to isolate the fule tank neck from the case. Mine did arrive with that grommet but it was not installed. Just sort of sitting there under the tank lid. Looks like it will take some effort to get it to seat correct. I messed with it for 30 seconds with a flat head and got nowhere. I think with a few picks at once i can get it popped into position.

Bad quality control of a good product (EDITED 11/30/2025).
EDITED REVIEW AT BOTTOM OF PAGE:11/30/2025 Nice and hot, and sips fuel on settings up to 7, but starts guzzling it after that. Had to fix it right out of the box though. 1st problem after it ran for 6-7 hours, it flamed out and would not restart with a E10 error. Took it apart to find the fuel line kinked over, because they installed the pump in the wrong frame hole.. put it back together only to still have the E10 error. Take it apart AGAIN, only to find a huge wad of machining chips lodged in the exhaust pipe. Once I cleared that and put it back together, it runs like a champ. So, buyer beware, and check the exhaust fitting for plugs if yours acts funny. Edited Review starts here: I was contacted by Wippro customer service and offered a >FREE< newer model of the heater I bought, in exchange for revising my review. I agreed, on condition that they would have no input on the review. Things I like about it. All in one, compact, holds a good amount of fuel, the fuel pump runs fairly quiet (about that later), comes with literally everything you need to run it except fuel. Things I don't like about it. Seems to be impossible to assemble the system correctly, without at least partially taking the unit apart. Has resonance at low power settings less than 3. The instruction manual is okayish, but rife with translation errors that can make things....interesting. The display panel is mounted upside down in my opinion. It is installed to be read right side up from the exhaust port side of the machine.... The side you would have towards whatever wall or etc, to have the exhaust pipe go to the outside.... T H E D E T A I L S: Okay, first things first... The 90 deg right angle exhaust adapter (which you most likely will be using) is made in a way where you cannot install it without 1: At the very least undoing 3 side screws and pulling the side panel out and over the pipe, AND or 2: Using a hammer.. As shown in my pics, the exhaust pipe adapter is on crooked because there isnt enough room for it to slide into place properly with the outside case on. Even with the panel pulled out, you probably will need to use the handle end of a hammer and tap the adapter to get it to seat all the way like it should (also shown). Once you do get it seated however, everything seems fine. nice tight fit, no leaking. The control panel... Like I said, to me its installed upside down. Maybe you like it like that, I don't know. But since I had the unit apart anyway... Its a very simple clip mount and the panel pops right out and back in. The fuel pump. is it silent. No. Is it loud? Umm, depends?? On low power settings like 2 or 1 you can easily hear the pump. Compare to the tick of a Old school house clock "ticking" but not as "sharp". You can hear it, but I wouldn't call it loud. At power lvl 3, it's ticks almost overlap, and it becomes less loud (the pump) at 4 or higher, you can't really hear the pump any more because of everything else its doing. Noise: While running on low power levels, there tends to be some resonance in the burn chamber that can make a rhythmic "thrumming" noise, similar to blowing over the top of a soda bottle (aging myself there). I have found this tends to go away at power lvl 3 or higher. For most quiet operation all around power level 3-4 works well. The pump is just running constantly instead of ticking so much, the resonance goes away, and the overall sound is like a "white noise" machine. The fuel pump is mounted correctly on the new model, and has a noise isolation bracket. All in all, this newer model is better than the one I purchased. It >might< be fine for you when you put it together, or maybe not. If you are even slightly "handy" you can easily take it apart and fix anything that might be a issue, unless you have to take it completely apart, like I had to with the first one. And even then, the thing is a simple machine and easy to take completely apart. All in all, I want to give it a higher rating because they did improve things. Sadly I still had to take things apart to assemble it 100% correctly instead of half assed. Would I recommend it in general.. Depends... If you are even slightly handy... Yes. It's a great unit once you iron out the little details. If you are not, and want something you don't have to "fix" right out of the box... No.

First impressions.
Tested this unit in my front yard with a/c power. Worked as advertised. Yesterday, I tested for 6.5 hours icefishing. Used a battery power. I set the unit in my tent, and vented exhaust outside. It was 21°f when I started, 30°f when I finished. It sipped the diesel. Maybe a qt total. Warm as can be. No funny smells, no foggy windows(compared to propane). The ticking sound isn't loud at all. So far I really like this little heater. Would recommend!

Has worked as expected
Great product. Using for the second winter. Helps to warm my 24x 30 shop. Will bring the temp up from low 40’s to high 50’s in a few hours. Have not had any issues and have ran over 30 gallons of fuel through it. Make sure to use clean fuel.
