It looks well-made and well thought through. Apparently there’s some type of a software issue with the device that others have also had. It was bought as a gift and didn’t realize until it was too late to return that they will not connect to any computer or device for some reason and just gives a blue screen before it shuts off. I tried the drivers and it still does not work…. I am adding to this review because I was directed via messages in Amazon to contact the email from this account for further assistance, but when I emailed, I never got a response. If I could lower the star rating, I would at this point.
