Great customer service and great looking bike
The 5 stars is for the product but mostly the seller. The customer service at this company is top notch and enough of a reason for me to order from it again. It's hard these days to find a business with great customer service and to say I'm pleasantly surprised and grateful is an understatement. I'll add that the bike looks awesome and we are hoping that the little one who receives it for Christmas will love it too. I imagine it would be hard for him not to. Thank you so much!

Know before buying
Only reason I'm not giving this bike 1 star is because their costumer support was quick and great to address my problem. This hike is great but the arm cranks and pedals are poor quality as mine fell off while RIDING ON THE STREET, be safe and careful

Left crank arm has failed in less than a month!
I bought my son this Cybix 21speed, 27.5IN Mountain bike from Amazon on August 19th, 2025. It arrived on August 29th, so my son has had it for less than a month. Unfortunately, under normal use, only around his college campus, the left crank arm has failed where it connects to the crankshaft, rendering the bike useless. We are not sure if the crankshaft needs to be replaced as well. As this part of the bike was pre-assembled, and we did not touch it when we did the final assembly post shipping. There were no assembly instructions included, so there was no indication that any adjustment was required to this part of the bike once we got it.

Works great for custom E bike super light
Super light frame I love it. I converted it into an E bike, nice and easy.

No assembly instructions / diagram - comes with fenders!
I've only just assembled this - seems very well made. Was very easy to assemble accept figuring out 1) how the handlebar position/cable routing goes and 2) how to attach the 2 unexpected small plastic fenders. Also came with an air pump and water bottle holder. Just no assembly diagram. Does come with a stamped out multi-wrench and 2 allen keys.

So far so good
My son has had it for a couple of months and looks great! He is 11 so he will grow into it. Set up was maybe 15 minutes including blowing up the tires and adjusting the breaks.
