Not bad, but some issues
Overall it works fine and has been very helpful in the 12wks I've needed it. However, I have had several issues with it. It is a "drifter", with no stop or limit to how far the handlebars turn. They just turn ALL the way to either side, causing the scooter, and user, to fall in whichever direction it's turned, and the backend slides out and away. This caused a number of unnecessary falls and additional pain. Two other issues are that all knobs require tightening almost daily from use, which when they loosen in the middle of use, it's inconvenient, to say the least. The last is just as unsettling as the "drifting", which is that the cushion loosens in such a way that it "wiggles" from side to side causing instability. To the point that my leg slide right off and caused further injury. We have had to make a point to tighten it as much as possible before I use it, when we get to our destination, and again when we get home, before I use it to get back inside. Sometimes, depending on activities, we sometimes have to retighten during whatever activity. Due to these issues, I normally would have given a lower rating, but for the price and the lifeline that it has provided me, I feel it's a trade off.

Unstable
When I first got it I liked the turning circumference. Until I didn’t as it turned over and I landed directly on my Lt knee. On the first night. The knee I was supposed to use as I am nonweight bearing on the Lt foot for 3-4 weeks. Luckily I had another one that I originally thought I would return as it is difficult to get into the bathroom. At least it stays upright

sturdy, great torque, seat cushion wears out fast
I've read some reviews about the scooter tipping over, and that's part of the learning curve. Most of us who use it are just learning, and it takes practice. I live in a small space, so this scooter is ideal for tight turns. The only downside for me has been the pad, which wore down in a few days, meaning my knee and shin (I'm over 200 lbs.) were resting on the metal frame. It was so painful that I resorted to buying an additional, high-density cushion. BTW, the roomy front pouch has been great. I can carry beverages from room to room, and zip close other items. For the price, this is ideal.

Screws are tight and the knee pad and handle bars are loose
Feels cheaply made, the screws won’t stay tight and the knee pad and handle bars move (making it feel like you are going to fall). Very unsteady!
