Absent from the original run of MOTU toys was this very iconic vehicle, the main "Air whip" of Skeletor is a welcome addition to the Masters Of The Universe Origins toy-line. When I first heard Mattel was making this product I was quite excited for its release, however having the Collector in hand is a little disappointing compared to my initial expectations. The product itself is made from a sturdy plastic and feels very solid which is great, the outside appearance is a quite decent representation of the Collector in toy form. Three MOTU Origins figures are able to be seated inside and the cover clips down nicely, there is a hand control with some mild articulation (about as much as you would need) and a clip in front of the rear seat for Skeletors havoc staff to be clipped into place. I feel like some stickers inside the vehicle would have made it look less plain inside. My main issue with this product is the lack of a stand, we have seen stands in many MOTU Origins vehicles previously but for some reason the Collector does not have one included. It seems very strange considering this is a flying vehicle and also the fact that it has a slot for a stand to be inserted at the base. If you own a dark Stridor figure, the stand included can be used to prop the Collector up.
