These are great. The taste is really good, they are the perfect consistency and it helps my kids chill out before bed. My eldest daughter has ADHD and our Dr suggested magnesium to help calm her down. I tried a different brand and it was magnesium citrate and I didn't feel like it was making a difference. I do some research and it turns out it's mainly for pooping. I deep dive to find that this kind is for actual calm the others said calming but doing my research/experience it didn't do it. These really do. If we skip or like right now I ran out before my subscription came in and figured it's the weekend nbd. With these she is out 5 min flat after our routine and the lights turn out. Tonight it was 40 min later🤦‍♀️.

I love that these are melatonin free. They help my daughter get to sleep. She’s super restless in her sleep but these seem to help with that too.

Was introduced to these by an influencer on Instagram. My kids request these, even the 17 year old. Taste great and you start to feel ready to wind down within 30 mins. One is enough, even for the adults . No groggy feeling when getting up. Very helpful on trips when you still need to get rest. Better then melatonin for us. Sometimes we have to delay when the kids take them as they start asking around 7:30 - which is not a typical bedtime for us.

Update: Son survived the night lol, so instead of going ahead and ordering different ones I decided to try them again but broken in half. He did great with half a gummy and seemed to help promote sleep at bed time. So only one star off for the dosage on bottle being off. Three stars bc it definitely promotes sleep but maybe too dang good. Gave to my almost 4 year old- 1 gummy, and he did not even want his usual snack and downtime before bed. Went to bed and immediately passed out. We were very concerned. Recommended dosage is too high compared to some others. Got because it has the vitamin/mineral combination I was looking for. If you have an older child I would give with no worry. Gave to my 12 year old and he is fine. Younger- maybe break it in half. I will probably just take these for myself instead and see how they work for me.

Really helps! If my son skips a few days the tics are more noticeable. If he stays consistent with 1 gummy at night then we definitely see less.

Love to mix this in to our 3 year old routine. We don't like to give him melatonin every night, so on his off nights from that he gets this supplement and it really does have calming effects.

I purchased these for my anxious kiddo. Didn’t do anything for their anxiety. Made her sleepy pretty quickly after taking it but sleep isn’t our issue. I saw no difference in her after a month of taking it daily and she said it didn’t help with her anxiety, and actually said her anxiety felt worse with these.
