Amazing value outlet.
So far, amazing product. I mounted them at a 45 degree angle to make plugging and unplugging things easier, the outlet looks great and having all the USBs built in will save on space. Only two concerns are that the flange is very narrow side to side and you have zero room for error on the cuts and I'm not sure how long the coil will stay stretchy. It seems like it might stretch out and not coil back extended use, we'll see.

Solid outlet for in-drawer use.
Pros: A. Solid outlet for in drawer installation if you already have plugs inside the cabinet. B. Small size with high powered USB were my main criteria and this delivered. I might use other models with higher power and more USB-C outlets on wider drawers but this one I had to fit very specific constraints (center guide rail on 12" drawer that had to avoid) Cons: A. The coiled cord is somewhat tighter on its tension than I had hoped (not super stretchy like an old telephone style cord, more of a soft spring that you can stretch out but pulls back a fair bit to always get back to its original shape). B. No cutout template included but fairly easy to match up dimensionally, though note the back tapers just a bit so need to leave a little margin.

Neat and tidy
Husband installed in back of drawer. Like that I no longer have cords on the counter.

Good value for the money.
For the money it's pretty good. The flange that conceals your cut-out could be a little more generous to conceal a jagged cut. The cord could be just a couple inches longer. Could also be a little more trim line for in cabinet clearance issues behind drawers. The white color was clean and fresh. Other than All that, seems to work well and looks good! My customer seems happy with the final product.

USB ports don't work 1/2 the time
The plugs work fine but not the USB ports

Great design and right size
I needed something like this for hair dryers in my drawer. This is exactly what I wanted, compact with spring cords. The spring cords is a game changer to avoid any clogging or potential hazard.

It is NOT 14AWG, but 16AWG.
Lied on the product description. It comes with 16AWG spring wire. NoT 14AWG. If you are looking for heavy duty usage, don't get this.

Very happy with this. Using it in a bathroom vanity to keep my toothbrush, shaver, and trimmer charged.

I am currently building myself a new office desk. Having lived with my old one for years, I have finally decided to make some changes that will make my work both more efficient and enjoyable. I have not build any of the drawers, and when I saw this product, I am very intrigued. I had never seen anything like it before! To be able to have a drawer that can hold various handheld devices (phones, pads, earpieces, etc...), put them on charge and then tuck them out of sight, sounded like a great idea! Here is what I am finding out during my initial testing... Having two AC outlets in addition to the four USB outlets, made me wonder. Four USB outlets and charging four devices, will not generate too much heat, but with the addition of two AC power outlets, I could add two additional chargers. Those would add to the heating in a drawer. In fact, I don't think I like the idea of placing an AC power charger block to the inside and back of a drawer. Some of mine, actually have the "Charged" light on the block itself. It could be a challenge to see it. The coiled cord is quite strong and large. I expect that serves a few purposes. Not only does it carry the electricity from a wall plug to the outlets, but it also needs enough strength to withstand repeated movement. It needs to stretch out and then retract every time the drawer is opened. Now here is an issue I am having. My drawer depth is going to be about 16" deep. Great for storage. I am also using full suspension drawer hardware. This simply means that each drawer has the ability to open to where the back of the drawer comes to the front of the cabinet. You can see and get to anywhere in that drawer - no hidden corners! Well, the issue with that seems to be, with the coiled cord stretched out, and the drawer fully extended to 16", the drawer will not remain open. The coiled cord tends to pull the drawer closed. Again, I have not constructed a full sized drawer, nor filled it with materials. However, just having tested the concept with the drawer slides and a few pieces of wood, I think I would have to construct a simple "lock" that would allow me to pin the drawer in it's open position, so it will not move back into the cabinet. The other issue I discovered with my mockup, is assuming I can open my 16" drawer and lock it into the open position, it is still difficult to insert cables into the unit. I would have to twist down to be able to see the inputs. I suppose that if I never had to replace cables, I could just leave the ends in the drawer for the next time, but I have different devices that require different connectors. I know I would be swapping out cables at some time, and having to do that while bending down is going to be difficult. My issues for constructing a special drawer for charging is heat buildup, not able to keep an eye on devices as they charge and the unique building of a drawer to accommodate this unit. However, if I mount the unit on the top of my desk, all potential issues vanish. As a surface mounted device, I can easily see any lights on the charging blocks, I can easily get to and swap out USB charging cables and the look is clean and neat. This is the way I intend to mount this unit - on the top of my desk, off to the left side. (The right side of my desk will have a series of four drawers, no room for the cord coming from the power outlet.) All concerns will be addressed and I will be left with a smart looking, functional power outlet in easy access right on my desk! Bottom Line - Well constructed and functional. Excellent for desktop location installation, or in any exposed, surface area.

The recessed furniture power strip by Vilong can be used as a drawer outlet or as a table top outlet for your desk in your office or for a work bench in the garage. The power bar consists of 2 outlets, 2 USB - A plugs and 2 - USB - C plugs to charge and operate everything you may need without having to crawl under the desk each time you need to plug or unplug an item. The measurements for the hole are smaller than the power bar itself so please keep that in mind when marking your area to cut otherwise you could make a mistake and have a hole that is too big for the power bar to sit as it should. The power bar also comes with a spring cord that will stretch up to 5 feet long though I don't think I would want to have that much stress on the plug and would prefer to have a shorter distance with room to spare. They do include screws for attaching the power bar to your desk or work bench and I always recommend predrilling your holes especially if you are working with laminate top or wood that could split by not doing so. Personally, I wouldn't use it as a drawer plug because then you lose use of the drawer or at least part of it and it constantly has to be open when in use. I much prefer the option of using it as a table top recessed power bar instead. The charging ports all work as designed and the outlets work as they should. I am very happy with this power bar as it perfectly suits my needs.

We got this to add to a desk build. We aren't using it in a drawer but are instead flush mounting it into the desk. We still like the coiled cord because it keeps itself out of the way as the plug is located right behind the desk. As other people have noted I'm not sure this cord would last being extended and retracted again and again and again if you put it in a drawer. We use the plugs mostly for charging various low-powered devices, like keeping wireless mice and game controllers charged without taking up USB ports on the computer. We have also charged phones without any issues, but we did find the box got pretty warm when you tried to charge multiple phones so we don't recommend it as a permanent charging solution. The AC port is used for a desk lamp and a monitor, and we haven't had any issues so far. We did end up unplugging the monitor in the end for a couple of reasons, the biggest of which is that this device is NOT surge protected or fused in anyway that we can tell. We do love that the plug is a low-profile one that doesn't stick way out of the wall. These flush mounted plugs are so much better compared to the regular ones for these sort of applications. Overall, this is an ok little power strip if you don't mind the curly cord and the lack of surge protection. We can't speak to how well it works in a drawer but it works fine for flush mounting in a desk. We do think that $60 is a little expensive when you consider that a 2 port power bar with cord is like $10 and a 4-port USB adapter is maybe $20, so almost half the price is for the convenience of the form factor.

This is a great product for updating an old desk or drawer, with some extra plug ins and USB A and C ports. It comes with all you need to install, just carefully cut out the dimensions of the outlet, drop it in, and screw it down. I used mine in a desk drawer, where the spring cord worked really well (as the drawer is pulled out, the cord expands, when it's pushed back in, it retracts back and doesn't hang down). With extra power in the drawer, battery packs and other devices can by plugged in and charged up out of sight and off the top of the desk keeping things nice and organized. Solidly built, this is a nice recessed power strip that can add some versatility to your old desk! I am pleased with this product!
