Works great ! The size & weight is just right. Easy to use. Has helped with my knee issues, I use it every time I get off work. I had issues with it at first but figured out I wasn’t attaching the charging port correctly. Recommend to those with knee problems it’s not a permanent fix but it does help.

If you have an elderly grandparent who had two knee surgeries, this is a must buy. Bought it for him for Christmas, and I asked him how he liked it in now February and he uses it twice a day everyday. Helps Him tremendously, He had a fall and it fractured his knee and he LOVES this and doesn’t stop talking about it when I bring it up!!

Amazing device. Great on Knees but hard to use on shoulders. Comfortable on knee, can’t walk with it on. Worth the price. Helped my knee when shots for pain no longer worked. Very durable.

It’s certainly a good looking device. However I was disappointed that the heat didn’t work at all. I also couldn’t tighten the unit as much as I’d like to and I’m a big guy. Seems like the straps are too long. I will be returning as this hasn’t helped my knee at all

I have knee issues and this most recent time I really hurt my knee. I have have tried ice packs and stretching exercises but this machine was amazing and gave me wonderful results,’. I highly recommend it to anyone with knee or shoulder injuries

Very impressed! The mayriel is a soft synthetic, not neoprene. The adjustable straps fit me with extra room, and I am swollen, and 300+ pounds. They also included a charging cord and block, and an extra strap extender if it doesn't fit you. Trying it for the first time, my knee and leg muscles relaxed within 10 seconds. It feels good, and I will check in with updates as to how well it works.

I not sure how much it is really helping me and the 3 stars is mainly around the fit of elastic straps. I am 6’3” 250 and it’s hard to get this right around my knee, almost out of Velcro. I not sure why straps are so big? Vibration feels little gimmicky to me, if using prefer the random setting. The heat is nice and again not sure what the red light is really doing. I have arthritis in knees and tried using regularly and knees still hurt, don’t feel much difference.

Bought for the wife to help her pyshiotherapy after having knee replacement and she loves it! Upon recommendation from her pyshio and with just two 5 minute sessions a day, she says her knees feel a lot better. Her walking has improved and the knees are not as painful as it used to be after the op. Money well invested if the wife feels better after using it. Would recommend it to anyone who has had knee surgery, wife can't praise it enough.
