This is my second review of this product. As with the first I still don't know whether it really has NMN in it. I'll look at the packaging more carefully when I receive this one to see if there is a link to a lab test, but, of course, that could be fake too, how would I know. However what I can say as I've taken these before, for about three months I'd say, interleaved with other brands, is that they don't seem to have any obvious negative effects. Is NMN helping me live longer, be healthier? Maybe, there is evidence that it helps and I'm in pretty good health given my age, but, that could be for all sorts of reasons unrelated to these pills, or just luck. My main problem with this product and others like it is how do I know that it is what it says it is.
