What took me so long to get one of these?! Works great, warms and froths milk or half and half in a minute or so. Froth is thick and creamy and the perfect temp so as not to cool down my coffee. Easy to clean and includes replacement disk for frothing plus a cleaning sponge. UPDATE: Item worked great until it suddenly STOPPED frothing after only 5 months. Cannot connect to seller either, and only warranted for 1 month. I DO NOT recommend this product.

We bought this to create a latte coffee bar experience for mothers day and it did amazing. Heated the milk and made a stiff froth ( whole milk). The only down side is it is difficult to see the fill lines but that is note a huge problem. The unit is nice given it has an electric base that you set the frothing pitcher. The pitcher is good quality, metal, easy to clean, worked consistently. Just hit the button and it heats while spinning to make the froth.

I am hoping it will last because I love it! Handy! It worked great for 8 months and then stopped frothing. (The spinner wouldn't spin. It still heated the milk, but no spinning,) After a few days of messing with it, it is spinning again. Hoping it keeps working! The seller was will to refund it if it did not, so I am happy. :)

UPDATE : fantastic customer service makes this five stars! In addition, I tried to find a different frother, and have gone through three additional ones that did not work at all! The next step is a $200 price tag. So at this price, this is actually one of the best frothers I have found short of going up to the $200 price tag! This did work for a time. After seven months all settings, except for the cold foam would get so hot, it would burn the milk to the bottom of one side of the frother. In an effort to get that off, it eventually took off the smooth coating on the bottom and I had to throw it away.

I bought this in February and I've loved it. I used it once a day during the week and maybe twice on weekends. It did a great job of frothing whole milk, and we used it a couple of times with heavy cream for hot chocolate (it really grows so you have to be careful how much you put in). Everything was great until yesterday when it quit frothing. It still heats the milk, but doesn't froth. Maybe 9 months of use is what we can expect for this price point?

Now, I have a fancy cup of coffee every morning. The frother is excellent. The markings are hard to see. I realize when the beater is attached inside just pour enough milk until it slightly covers it. You can also add flavor before frothing the milk or half & half. I like to add DaVinci Peppermint Syrup, then you don't need any sugar. It doesn't froth whipping cream that well. A suggestion, if you don't use it for a while then the beater doesn't turn. Add warm water and turn the frother, if needed add drop of soap. It works wonderful. You will enjoy your morning coffee.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is the 2nd one I’ve purchased. After trying a few smaller handheld steamers, I gave up, they never worked very long or not at all. This one gives me 4 options. I use it almost everyday. Milk froth: I add just the right amount of Oat Creamer and the froth is perfect. I’ve tried different milks and the Oat milks are the only ones I’ve found that froth. Just choose your flavor. Ease of cleaning: Easy - add a drip of dish soap, add water, clean with soft bottle brush and rinse. Size: I keep it right next to my Keurig. Size is perfect. I start my coffee and push the button on the frother. They finish pretty close to the same time. Durability: No issues with durability. I purchased my 2nd one for our motorhome. It rides on the countertop with no movement or bouncing around. Value for money: Don’t buy a bunch of others to try. This one works. Money well spent. Stand: Gotta have it, no issues.

Update (October 2025): After posting my original review, I reached out to the company and they couldn’t have been more responsive. They refunded my full purchase price right away and were kind and professional throughout. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. My original frother did stop working after about six months and is tricky to clean, but I really appreciate how the company handled everything. Their outstanding customer service turned a disappointing experience into a positive one. Original Review (1 star): When I first got this frother, it worked really well. However, after just six months of daily use, the frother stopped working—the spinner no longer spins. It still heats up, but there’s no froth at all. It’s also quite difficult to clean since you can’t get it wet, which makes maintenance inconvenient. I recommend looking for another option. As a replacement, I’m considering the Instant Pot Instant MagicFroth 9-in-1 Electric Milk Steamer and Frother, which Wirecutter recommends—and it’s dishwasher-safe. I wish I had gone with that one from the start.
