Worst product - pale display, looks like you are watching black and white screen
Very bad visual effect, no clarity, pale display. Please don't buy this DELL laptop. It has a pale display . Its a complete waste of money. I purchased this Dell laptop on 3rd june 25 just few days back and informed Amazon and DELL regarding this issue. They did some basic test and blindly rejected the issue I explained. I never had any issues buying HP, Asus from Amazon. Please never go for DELL anymore. They wont replace even the brand new laptop we purchase.

Minor issues
Purchased two Laptops for office use.... however after somedays of use started facing minor problems in both of them.....at same time I also purchased laptops from dell offical website...no issues with them so far......

MS Office 2021 Pro Plus not pre-installed
MS Office 2021 Pro plus should come as pre-installed as mentioned in Product description, but the same was not found. Felt Cheated.

Disgusting
Within a week the system has issues. It is hanging and not responding. Taking to dell service centre. Hope he does help out
