This is an ultra-powerful steamer. It's designed to sit on a surface and you have a long hose to send steam. (The electrical cord is not very long, but it's a standard cord so you can get a different one if you want. Make SURE the cord is 14 gauge! And don't use an extension cord unless it's 14 gauge or better!!!!) You turn this on with a button, set the steam level and it just produces steam non stop. It does not have any kind of control at the end of the wand, rather it just keeps making steam until you turn it off. Because of the hose design, you don't need to hold a heavy canister of water, just a light hose, and because it produces non-stop, you don't have to hold down a trigger. This is really great for long heavy steaming tasks, because it doesn't tax your muscles to hold anything. That's also a drawback, in that it's a drop harder to stop the steam, you have to go over to the machine and turn it off, rather than releasing a trigger - but as I said, that's also its advantage, in that you don't have to hold down a trigger the whole time. This is ready for steam in 10 seconds. It draws a *PHENOMENAL* 1700 watts of power! That's almost the max possible for an outlet, so this things makes enormous amounts of steam and the motor sends it out at high pressure. It comes with some good accessories including a thin extension wand to reach tight or far spaces. It's easy to add water because the opening is a reasonable size, and it's transparent so you can see the water level.

This steam cleaner exceeded my expectations. It's very practical due to its size, but it's very powerful for cleaning. I ordered it knowing I can't use cleaning chemicals because of my allergies. I used it to clean the grease from my stove, and it worked very well, easily removing the accumulated grease. Remember to use it with caution and read the instructions before use, as it reaches very high temperatures.

Nice little steamer. Very small so easy to carry with you. It does clean but it is a bit cheap quality. I steamed the inside of my car and it looks like new. But I changed the attachment too early and it melted the attachment. I wish those were metal instead of flimsy plastic.
