While it has a 1 year warranty the company covers the battery. Don't buy online...buy from a store if possible to easy replacement and service

I was looking for an e-scooter right from the day I visited Switzerland last May. The market there was full of e-scooters from Mi and other brands. When I saw Aliexpress I found that most of the generic e-scooters manufactured in China was branded by big companies and sold. However in case of Lil E (aka Lily) it was nothing like that. The 🛵 is much larger than it looks in pics and videos. The build quality and finishing is amazing. The packaging and welcome kit is on international standards. The frame is pretty strong and the motor picks up speed very quickly. It is good to carry inside the Car boot. Overall i liked it very much after a days usage. Though it may look a bit expensive, but I am sure that you will start loving it when you start using it.

I had a terrible experience with this product and the service team. The issue started with the battery not charging, and despite multiple follow-ups, my scooter was collected only after significant delays. Shockingly, I was first delivered the wrong scooter, and it then took them almost a month to even locate mine. When it was finally returned, it was in broken condition with wires exposed. This has been the worst buying and service experience I’ve ever faced. Extremely careless handling, poor communication, and zero accountability. I strongly advise others not to choose this product.

Good product

I got the e motorad for three reasons. A) To ride something smooth and fun B) To ride something which is not run of the mill C) To ride something portable & it came out just as I had imagined. The streets of Mumbai are already pretty claustrophobic but the cool thing about the e motorad is that it slips through most locations without much of a problem. Where there is traffic simply get off the kick scooter and walk. It is quite used friendly. The only problem is that it attracts too much attention from passer-by’s . Something, that cannot be helped.
