I purchased this Bombae Facial Hair Mini Trimmer twice, and both times the product stopped working within a short time. The first one had performance issues, so I bought another unit thinking maybe it was a one-time defect. But the second trimmer also had the same problem, which clearly shows poor quality or a manufacturing defect. The product looks good from outside, but it is not durable, and it does not work as expected. Very disappointing experience. I wasted my money twice. I request the company to replace the product or give a complete refund because this is not worth the price. I hope Bombae improves the quality and customer support.
