Came vacuum sealed and tasted like freshly made noodles. Put them in a hot wok directly from the package for three minutes during the last stage of making drunken noodles and they came out tasting exactly as I had hoped. Would definitely buy again. And not that it matters but there is not one word of English on the package so I will take that as them being authentic!

Bought these to make drunken noodles. Unless you like to make your own rice noodles, it’s pretty much impossible to find, at the store, 1” wide noodles. (I tried once making my own noodles and it was a disaster!) These noodles did great after soaking in hot water and then finishing in the pan with the rest of the dish. They had a nice chewy feel and tasted good, absorbing the sauce they were in. Beware that there is no English on the package itself, so I had to trust that there were no unexpected ingredients and assumed the cooking instructions were similar to other rice noodles.

Looks smaller in person, haven’t ate it yet!

Bought these to use with the hotpot we purchased. These turned out great and are slightly chewy when cooked. My wife loves them!
